Swagtron EB Cruiser

Bought this for a power assist beach cruiser for those windy days and could not be happier. Took to local bike shop for assembly and we were up and running. Great battery life, good styling and top quality components. Awesome ride

I had gotten mine a few months earlier and finally convinced the wife she needed one too. So for her birthday I got it for her. It’s very sturdy and dependable. The extra boost while pedaling is the key. We are not in our 20s any more. Going to Yosemite in June and gonna take them with us.

I couldn't even test ride the bike b/c the front fender wouldn't allow the wheel to spin without rubbing it. In addition, the kickstand wouldn't go back up and lastly, the battery wouldn't stay powered. I had high expectations but this product was awful. I am returning it.

Wanted a beach cruiser to be able to sit upright. I like the higher handlebars so I not leaning over. Being a larger bike with large tires it took 3 ppl to put it together-3rd person mainly held bike while tire was attached. There are instructions, but found those toward end. If you want something for rides around neighborhood, this is great. Ive put 30 miles on it w/o issue. I like that the seat is flat and wider than normal bikes.Reaching to adjust assit level or gears is not a natural reach. Gear shift was a little stiff at first, now after using it, it shifts better. I added a head light which was on my Schwinn & has a rubber band- the paint seems to be scratching off on handle bar where its attached. I need rear view mirror to keep track of anyone I ride with & it just seems the arrangement of everything attached to handle bars needs to be re-thunk. Would be great to have any more suspension. This bike does go quicker & seems to pedal more smoothly w/o assist than my reg bike. This is great for beginners.Update: August 2023Bike is still going. Did have a flat tire so added the green goop. Its a smooth ride & goes faster w/o electric or at #1 lvl than other ebikes with the smaller (fat) tires. Its great on local bike paths.

Very happy with this bike. It was really easy to assemble, just had to put the handlebars on and the front wheel. The brake lines and everything are already installed. I only had to do minor adjustments to the brake pads. The battery life is excellent. I took it out twice on one charge with my wifey for almost a half hour each and there is still plenty of battery life. Everything is sturdy and well-built. It had three modes of pedal assist that go from subtle to strong acceleration or you can go full on 100% electric driven, but you have to be up to speedGreat quality for the price. Great battery life first in order to activate that. Great quality for the price

I love the color , the weight , the price . I was so thrilled to be finally able to go to my work by bike . I waited for my first bike , came with a missing piece . I waited for the replacement and came and when I was finally waiting for assembling it … the rear rack was bended and the battery was stuck inside , open so not longer water proof . I am stubborn so I acquired the second one with an expert to assemble it … the person that came didn’t notice that the rack was bent and push the battery on it and got stuck and open again !!! The company offered a return that I need to carry alone and pay for it ! For both ! I am contacting them to get a free return shipping and compensation for the assembly . So far still waiting . I know that is a nice bike but they have fabrication issues . Use your regular bike , the frustration and time doesn’t worth your time or money

The bike overall is decent. It definitely looks great as a cruiser bike. I’ve found the battery life perfect for my needs riding casually with the family or around town running errands. The electric operation with pedal assist or scooter style is exactly what I wanted but the 2 things that lower the rating are the absolutely useless kickstand and the seat position. The seat is situated too far forward. There’s no way to adjust it to be farther back and I can’t raise the seat or it would be too high. I’m barely 5’1” and end up having to sit back past the seat and on the battery cage if I want to pedal. Otherwise my knees hurt when pedaling because of the awkward position. So most times I just use the scooter function and not the pedal assist.

I purchased this bike for my best friend who has terminal cancer. It makes it possible for her to get exercise/enjoyment without worrying if she will have the energy to ride home or back to the jeep. It gives her a quality of life cancer can’t take away. She enjoys riding it on bike trails and in Cape May. It’s wonderful. This activity helps her fight the cancer. Thank you for such a great bike.
