These are a different size and shape from my previous packet. They are bigger and therefore don’t fit in to my pill box which is a big of a nuisance.

The packaging is a little misleading, you have to take 2 capsules to get the 1000mg dose, this is not clear in the advertising.

These fish oil capsules are great to get your daily dose of omega 3. They are easy to swallow. Plus the packaging is nice and easy to store.They come with 180 capsules and you take 2 per day. At the price of £9.39 (at the time of review), that means it will last 3 months. I think that's great value of money.
