10 X100FT Garden Mesh Netting Barrier, Fruit Tree Plant Netting for Vegetable Blueberry Bushes Protection

We purchased this netting with the hope that by lightly covering our blackberry bushes this might be the first year that we might beat the birds to the harvest. It worked so well that we now have so many blackberries we are running out of recipes to use them up! We did clip the mesh to the blackberry canes so that it wouldn't blow off during windy days or storms. This helped immensely. It also helped protect our blackberries from the deer that inhabit the woods around our property. We highly recommend it!

The ease of use and coverage is great. But can see holes start to form from bird claws. Probably one season use. However, wonderful to keep beetles off the plants and birds more easily see and don't get tangled in netting. So far keeps them out after 2 weeks of use.

I bought this for the cicada plague that hit IL earlier this year to cover some small trees. It is not an easy material to cut down to size. It was a lot of work cutting this to net several trees.It's decently strong which is both good and bad. It was slightly too heavy on my young trees and some branches broke under the weight of the net but it kept the bugs out. Just make sure all the bugs are out before netting because if you net them in, they're not getting out.This is probably better used over a structure/support, rather than directly over a plant. I'd give it a 3.5 but will round up

This fabric works, but it gets rips and tears pretty easily. I’ve owned tougher garden fabric.

The edges of the netting were frayed and there were strings that would get stuck on the plants. The material was good but not the loose strings on the edges.

Wanted to prevent the deer from eating our hydrangea blossoms. Last year they ate every blossom there was! I vowed it wouldn’t happen again. This was so easy to unroll & wrap around each hydrangea. Used clips ( from Amazon ) to secure the netting in a few spots. Bushes still got sun & rain. The netting certainly worked & we have a beautiful array of hydrangea!

This mesh is value priced but does not tear easily. It is fine enough that it drapes over the ends of branches. Tips don't poke through, and birds cannot get easily get caught in it. (That said, we did not find it easy to drape the cherry trees thoroughly, but that was more due to the size of the trees.) I'd recommend this product....Days later, I add that your wrap job need not completely encase the tree to deter the birds. Have been picking cherries from imperfectly-draped trees.

I really wanted this to work, but the product falls short on so many fronts. The material is VERY fragile with a terrible chemical smell to it. It's not fabric, but rather like an extremely delicate plastic mesh. Even placing it super carful and gently over your plants creates stretch holes where the bugs can get in, and they did! Every morning, I tried to fix little holes and gaps that suddenly showed, way too time consuming to maintain its stability. One would expect the product to reduce maintenance not to increase it, which totally defeats its purpose. The stakes that came with the product are sturdy, but due to their width, they are hard to get into the ground (depending on soil condition). After all this time and energy of maintenance with the product the result was devastating! I am sad and upset to report that the insects found their way through the mesh material and ALL MY ZUCCINI PLANTS DIED FROM THE SQUASH VINE BORER from which I was trying to protect them with this product in the first place!! Terrible, I cannot recommend this product at all.
