The back neck massager, and shiatsu massage pillow with heat from Kanff, proved to be of real help for my back of the neck pain. The product has four deep kneading massages that automatically change direction every minute, clockwise massage and counterclockwise, helping relieve stress and reduce muscle tension and discomfort. The heating function has an automatic fifteen minute timer, after which it automatically stops, making the product safe to use. The product comes with a belt that safely holds it to the chair when in use.Overall I am happy with the massager and I would recommend it.

Broke after 2.5 months.Can't fond way to ask about any warranty or anything.

Got this as I have tendon problems so my thighs and calves get very stiff and are in a pain usually at the end of the day. I really couldn't afford to pay someone for regular massage as my massage gun was causing more pain than relief. Our gp suggested getting a machine with kneading action that helps with the blood flow and helps loosen the muscles. This has been perfect so far. I use it almost on a daily basis and it has help with the pain. I don't use the heat function as I don't need it but the kneading and massage action is spot on. It works the thighs and the calves well and i end up using it for 40 minutes everyday or both legs. If perfect for the sofa and to put your leg up after a long day. I would definitely recommend this.

this machine will be this good for people who are very strong physically as it has 3 balls massager (so very hard massage) - it does not suit people who want a more gentle massage (better to buy with 2 balls)

Very relaxing and good for sore muscles, It feels like good quality thick material which I wasn’t expecting based on the photos, The heat spread like a warm bath enveloping the top of my shoulders, lapping up the back of my head. It was only a few minutes before I felt my eyes closing, closing, closing. Completely relaxing I’m pleasantly surprised.

I bought this for my husband who’s a gardener and he find it extremely relaxing for his neck shoulders and back. Brilliant gift well worth the money
