Got this for my lady friend who is into makeup and skin care. She's quite happy with this face serum. I know next to nothing about this stuff, but she's happy with it, so I'm happy with it. She's been using for about a month and a half and says it's great. She says that some of her wrinkles have gone away. I can't say I notice any difference, but I'm not going to say that to her.

As a woman of “a certain age” I guess it’s time to start taking care of what I’ve been given! I have pretty good skin overall, especially for an old lady of 54, but there a few areas I’d like to diminish (mainly my waistline but, sadly, this isn’t the right product for that!).The pump dispenser is perfect for this serum (much preferred over the ubiquitous “dropper”) and the serum has a very light/pleasant scent that I can’t put my finger on. I apply this after washing and toning my skin; I usually do a “drop” above each eyebrow and one on each cheek but you don’t need that much of this product. It’s a bit like a light gel that just glides on and soaks right in - I don’t really notice any tackiness so, if there is any, it goes away quickly! I love being able to go right on to the next product (either another serum or straight to moisturizer).It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because skincare takes time in general and, if you're already using the active ingredient(s), it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look/feel. At the same time, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up.In this case I’m pretty sure the ElegaCell Serum is responsible for a noticeable reduction in the fine lines AND the rosacea on my nose and cheeks, which is wonderful!! Even my husband has noticed! If anything changes as time goes by I’ll update my review accordingly but, for now, 5 stars from me!Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful!
