I recently purchased a classic 1987 Schwinn Mirada Hybride bicycle at a garage sale. Its tires were worn and rotted and wouldn’t hold air. Otherwise, the bike was in good shape. YUNSCM’s road bike tire kit provided everything I needed to replace its leaky tubes and cracked trail-riding tires.After removing the tires and tubes, I noticed that one of the back tire’s spoke nuts had worked through the rim strip. The old rubber rim strip was providing little protection and it broke as I removed it. Fortunately, YUNSCM’s tire and tube kit contained two new rim strips. Installing these on each wheel assured me that a spoke nut wouldn’t work through a tire rim strip again. I probably could have sourced everything needed for this bicycle tire upgrade project on Amazon; but, not being proficient with this type of work, a tire and tube kit with everything included for a professional job gave me peace of mind and encouraged me to replace every deteriorated rubber road component on my bike. It also gave me the confidence to move ahead with this project even though I didn’t know how to change bicycle tires when I started.My classic bike is now road-worthy and looks great with its new tires.

The 60TPI nylon lining offers good puncture resistance, and the aramid bead keeps the weight low. They inflate to 80 PSI, providing a firm ride, while the nylon buffer layer helps absorb impacts, improving durability. Installation is easy, and the included tubes with Schrader valves fit perfectly. Just keep in mind that the tires might not be completely symmetrical, but it doesn’t seem to affect performance. Ideal for anyone looking to upgrade their road bike tires for urban riding.
