I'm very happy with these. I saw a couple of negative reviews so when the sun came out and I finally got my chance to use the tools rather than just admire them I was scrutinising them carefully. I'm using them just as a dad making family dinner on the BBQ.The skewers went through some large baking potatoes I put in the oven, the tongs coped perfectly with foot long sausages and burgers and the wire brush cleaned the grate afterwards. The knife was already sharp enough to slice through cooked meat, but even so I sharpened it some more before proper use.Its definitely true that the flat metal shafts on the tools are more flexible than I'd expect but when it comes to steel vs food at my BBQ steel always wins. Perhaps I'm not working with huge enough steaks or am too good at keeping meat tender when I cook?Then at the end of the day the set can be washed and tucked neatly away in their own pack. Overall, I'm glad to have picked up this set.

Great Little set of tools to help that bbq

A good handy BBQ set to have for those hot summer days when the weather calls for a backyard BBQ with the family. Although I already have some heavy-duty kebab skewers, I lacked other basic utensils to help with flipping, cutting and tenderising the meat. Hence I thought this would be a great set, and indeed it is.All the utensils come neatly packed and organised in a portable carrying bag, where the tools are securely fastened in elasticated bands. The set includes 1 pair of tongs, 1 multipurpose spatula, 1 barbecue fork, 1 silicone basting brush, a knife, 4 skewers, and a grill cleaning brush. All the utensils are made from stainless steel and have rounded handles providing a good comfortable grip.This is a decent and extremely practical barbecue set, though I must admit, I wasn’t overly impressed with the quality of the tools but they are extremely useful and I’m sure that when the weather permits, this set will come in handy.
