This battery has given me the confidence to ride farther than ever before. I purchased my new battery (48V 20AH) as a replacement for one of 48V 12AH. My first battery had good capacity but the new one is so much better. The charger failed after about five charges, but Lily, from Wallen Power customer service sent me a replacement charger in record time. This is a great product and I highly recommend it and Wallen Power in particular for their excellent customer service.

I purchased the Wallen Power 52V 20AH ebike battery over a year ago on (7/20/2021).I live in the Pocono Mountains, I ride daily (6 to 10 miles). I charge the battery every few days.It takes about 3.5 hours to fully charge, and it holds its charge for quite some time.Even when low it gives my bike the power it needs to handle steep inclines.I highly recommend it.

This battery looked promising to replace and older shark fin. However the support does not have enough adjustment to fit my MTB frame at the water bottle stays. My old one does. Also due to it being classified as a dangerous item it CAN NOT BE RETURNED! A $400 door stop to remind me of being ripped off.

This is an update about my first battery I purchased 10 months ago and i have been using every day i have a BBSHD MOTOR with of rod programming AND THE 52v 20ah battery is great. I have no issue whatsoever. So I purchased a second battery from WALLEN power for long range bike ride. I highly recommend it. Very good battery and thank you Lily for everything!

Well worth the cost. I got the 52v for my stock bbshd a couple months ago and so far no complaints. I rarely charge it to 100 but its about 3.5 hr to fully charge using the charger that came with. Thinking about buying another to avoid range anxiety.

Great service from Wallen! Battery arrived earlier than expected and custom XT90 connector arrived a few days later - thank you! So far 3 trips to the beach and still reading 53V, this beast has capacity with those Panasonic cells! Very light as well, only 11.5# for 20Ah. Make a cardboard cutout to make sure it fits your frame, it's large. I drilled holes in my frame to accommodate the battery base and used SS sheet metal screws to install - don't kid yourself, the bottle holder screw locations won't work. I added 2 more screws for a total of 4. The battery charge level button is kind of lame, your finger covers some of the LED lights and they don't stay on once you let go, but it's not a big issue - just get a legit display.
