Heraclea Rosemary Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, Cold Pressed, Polyphenol Rich EVOO, 5.9oz Bottle

This is a pretty teeny-tiny can of olive oil. But it tastes and smells great. Very good quality. This is not for using in large quantities anyway, but for flavoring things-- dressings, marinades, etc. I brushed some on a roast chicken tonight and then sprinkled it with herbs and it was fantastic. I'm not supposed to eat garlic on my current diet (FODMAP) but I CAN have garlic-infused oil, and I'm very happy with this. I'll be using it to make my vinaigrettes for my salads. Yum! Can't wait to try the lemon version as well!

This is a 175 ml can of organic extra virgin, chili infused olive oil from Heraclea. It arrived perfectly fresh and well sealed, in a small, attractive can. I really like that it is canned rather than in glass because that helps preserve both the olive oil flavor, and the flavor of the chili infusion. The label indicates the olives are hand picked on a family farm, and are of a single variety grown in Milas, Turkey. The green of the olive oil is tinged orange from the chilis. The flavor is good, and the spice level I'd say is medium to medium-hot. This is a great finishing oil for various dishes such as hummus, baba ghanoush, eggs, and soups. It would also be great as a dipping oil for bread, as long as you like some heat. It is also good to add to sauteed veggies that are intended for spicy dishes. As I'm writing this, the price for this oil is $15.99, which is a bit pricey, but a little goes a long way so it will last a while, and it's a great thing to get to treat yourself.

Expensive for its size but very good

This garlic olive oil is seriously so versatile and levels up everything I put it on: eggs, avocado toast, veggies, pizza. The flavor is rich and balanced — sometimes I skip garlic in recipes and just use this oil instead. Plus, the tin is super adorable. Planning on trying the rest of the set.

We use this oil on ravioli primarily, and it definitely is a good flavored oil for that. We tried this when it was on special during Prime Days, and will likely purchase it again. Well packaged for shipment, as well as for kitchen storage.

this is a fine enough oil. however, I purchased a different brand last time which had a much more authentic lemon taste.

Fits perfectly in w spices because of the short bottle. I’m buying other flavors!
