Bought this as a present. My daughter wanted willow pattern for five years. Me? Not so much.Having said that, these have a great finish, came well packaged and had no damages.

Quality product. Very pleased with it. Packaging could be better though as bowls arrived damaged. Customer service excellent and hassle free. Well be adding to dinner service from same company.

Nice traditional design, sturdy but not heavy, microwave safe. Very pleased, will replace with the same when (in the course of time) we loose a few. But they've survived a fair bit of travel between relatives already!

Bought these to go with my willow pattern mugs I’ve always loved willow pattern and these are great as dishwasher and microwave safe. Stylish set very impressed

the items are beautifully made but arrived with few broken. bit disappointed. may be the package should have been label fragile fir the handling people to be a bit mindful of breakages.

Unused as yet but bought this Willow pattern crockery for my daughter who loves the quality and design. Very good value for money, well packaged and arrived quickly.

This product came very quickly and securely packaged, of which I have kept for reuse.It matches pretty well the set I have had for years, I needed extra plates and wanted the same, hadn't come across any in charity shops so made this purchase.I am happy with this product, however I should note to other buyers that these probably aren't factory best pieces. If you look closely the print hasn't been centred properly on a few of the plates in the set. That said, I don't really notice it day to day.I hand wash my plates, so hopefully these will last for many years to come.
