The cover is made of stretchable material, making it easier to fit onto the steering wheel. While it’s rather thin, it provides a great grip while also being comfortable when holding or sliding your hands around the wheel. However, with the material used for this cover, it will get warm, possibly hot; if you leave your car out all day in direct sunlight. But so far, it doesn’t get as hot as the steering wheel gets without the cover on it. I also like the style, with the black color on the top & bottom with the red on either side, where your hands will be. A simple, yet cool-looking pattern that will look good no matter which color variation you prefer.

I was looking for a steering wheel cover for my truck since the wheel itself was getting a bit worn and the heat of the New Mexico sun was making the wheel unbearable to touch in the afternoon.I picked this cover up with high hopes, but ultimately was a bit disappointed. The material itself isn't very comfortable feeling and is somewhat plastic/rubbery feeling. The cover isn't ridged of thick at all and is made of very thing elastic feeling material. It did stretch over the wheel fairly easily, and did reduce the heat somewhat, but I found it uncomfortable to use and a bit unattractive.

Got this for my Mazda CX9, the original steering wheel has begun to chip from wear and tear. This cover does a good job on covering the blemishes. It’s a tight fit and took a little finesse to get it on but it works. The texture is interesting, not smooth like leather but is comfortable. The cover is held on with an elastic border which doesn’t really wrap around very well, the reason for 4 stars. It’ll work for now but wish it fit snugger around the steering wheel.

Time has not been kind to the steering wheel on my '96 Dodge Ram 2500. I had previously bought a thick steering wheel cover that didn't fit very well. It would slide around the wheel easily. This one fits tight. It takes a bit of effort to stretch it over the wheel, but once it's on, it stays put. It's very thin but feels durable. It's not going to wow anyone with its looks, but it does the job it's supposed to do.

I was looking for the WHOLE ring solid wheel cover but I bought it because of the little misunderstand from the pictures. It is a softer elastic wheel cover with a carbon fiber look that go on top of the wheel. Not the usual one SOLID PIECE with rubber/leather that is thicker. After I installed it (which is very easy because it is softer and more flexible) and I am not disappointed and it works fine. I want a thicker one so I get a better grip but this one is not as bad as i thought and liking it. For the price I recommend and no more complain and happy to keep using it.
