The Galeith CPAP Hose Cleaning Kit contains 3 hose cleaning brushes and two hooks. It is suitable for cleaning hoses between 15 and 22 mm in diameter. There is 1 shorter 7 inch brush, good for cleaning the short hoses that are part of the typical CPAP mask assembly and 2 long, 7 foot brushes, 1 narrow and 1 wider, for cleaning long hoses of various widths. There are also two plastic hooks in the kit: one for hanging hoses in the shower so that they can drip dry and the second for hanging a hose and mask on the wall for storage and/or hose management during CPAP use.This is a very practical kit that makes CPAP hose cleaning easier. I found it to be very useful and I recommend it.

I have used CPAP's for decades. On my last sleep test, I was considered moderate, meaning I didn't fully require one, but I have become a huge fan of waking up with clear nostrils and good sleep quality. For years, I've just used soap and water in the shower and hung the tubing on the shower rail. So, when I saw this, I was intrigued - could I be missing out on some important cleaning protocol?Turns out, sort of. I appreciate the long scrub brush, and I imagine it does better than my prior solution of simply running soap and water through. But - it does add some time to the process. Worth the time? Probably. I also appreciate the fact that I can use the attachments (doo-hickies? I don't know what to call them) to hang the tubing for more effective drying, but - here's the rub: I don't want to attach them to the wall to make them long enough for the tubing, so I'm left with the tubing hanging halfway down the tub. Not really the fault of the design, more a fault of mine for not thinking through what I would need. And then, the thing I didn't think of before - where do I put the long scrub brush thing so it doesn't clutter the shower or anything else? I haven't figured that out either. The doo-hickies don't work well because it's easy to knock the scrub brush off of them. All said, I truly appreciate the effort put into the design and I will keep using it, but it's not the perfect solution I was hoping for. I suppose if I moved the cleaning operation to the sink, I might be satisfied, but I'd still need to find a home for hanging the tubing, and none comes to mind.Bottom line - the scrub brush is worth the effort. The rest - well, that likely depends on your willingness to attach the doo-hickey high on your wall, or whether your tubing is short enough not to need to hang it on the wall.

These cleaning kits are incredibly handy and safe to use with the CPAP hose that came with my AirSense 10 machine. They save time and make my CPAP hose cleaning process much more enjoyable, easier, and thorough

Long flex cable with brush on each end allows for cleaning inside of hose. Each end is a different size brush to accommodate different size hoses. There is also a short brush for accessing elbows and such. the included hose hanger allows pro[per drainage and drying of hose when done. The mask hanger is for day-to-day use to keep the mask an hose organized when not in use and comes with 2 double sided adhesive patches for attaching it where you prefer to use it. As a minor thing, I wish it also had a means to screw it on but that is nit-picking.NOTE: You will want to use this in a bathtub rather than a sink. The hose needs to be straight to insert and remove the brush all the way or you will be fighting with it to get it in and out.

The brush is great the way it easily cleans the tube, then hang to dry. One of the hangers uses a double sided adhesive, there's two pieces of that. The other hanger goes over a shower rod or perhaps a tree branch. The flexible wire is stainless steel which is great because you don't want rust in your tubes. See the product is for tubes 15-22mm in diameter, I don't know the diameter of my tube but the brush works great. Comes in a small box with no instructions.

The Galeith CPAP Tube Cleaning Suit comes with Hose Brushes and Mask Hook.The brushes are soft and the stainless steel handle is flexible, do note that when holding it about 10" from the end, the hose will dip/loop downward. Do check the size of the hose diameter to ensure access and surface contact of brush bristles.This is a decent set for cleaning long hoses and having a hook to drain and dry.
