Side-mounted controls difficult to use. Otherwise works okay.
I have another brand washlet that I've been using for 15 years or so. These bidet toilet seats really are a slice of heaven compared to old-fashioned paper. The good: tankless water heating, stainless steel cleaning wand, night light. What could be improved: Side-mount controls (separate remote control is better), inconsistent operation of controls, more pressure and temperature settings. The air-drying function on this unit (or my old one) is typically not worth the time. It is probably best used by someone with limited mobility.Where these units really shine are those unfortunate times when you are suffering food poisoning or a flu bug and it seem like you spend half the day on the throne. With paper cleaning things get pretty raw back there is short order. Water jet cleaning mostly eliminates this misery.

Great bidet, with a log of features.
Reviewing Combier CMA102 Bidet Toilet Seat, Elongated Smart Unlimited Warm Water, We have non-smart bidets on every toilet in the house. We live in the Northern Rocky Mountains. It’s cold in the winter. The air and the water. I ordered this mainly for the heated seat and heated water. It turned out to be worth it, for both of those reasons. They are a game changer! I didn't think the cold bothered me that much, but once I felt warm water and a heated seat, I don't ever want to be without. The water pressure is good. All the functions work as expected except for the air dry. I can hear the dryer come on, but I do not feel the air. It seems to be pointed in the wrong direction. The seat warmer takes a little while to get warmed up, but otherwise I really like it.The nightlight is nice at night and the bidet was easy to install. It’s pretty large, but it’s lightweight. It does require power, but usually hiring an electrician to install one outlet is reasonably inexpensive. You can do it yourself, if you know what you’re doing, but in our case, we don’t want to mess with the cleanup or patching or repainting, so we’ve hired a professional to install the outlet so that there is no touch up to the drywall or paint required, but we have an unfinished basement, which made the job easier & cheaper. We have a Toto Drake, and it fits perfectly.

Thought it would be the Cadillac of toilet seats, but it's more like a jeep
Update: changed from 2 to 4 stars because I found that if you use the stop button after each action this bidet actually does work like it's supposed to. It's only when you try to go directly from one action to another (eg from clean to dry) that the bidet stops working well.Original review: I wanted to love this thing, it seemed like a dream come true, but unfortunately it just isn't very reliable. The controls work occasionally, and sometimes they just don't respond to your input. The drying function frequently doesn't work as it seems the door that opens to let the air out gets stuck. Then there's the sensor. The sensor seems like a logical idea to ensure someone is sitting on the toilet, but it just doesn't function well enough to rely on. There have been multiple times in the past few weeks where I've been forced to stand up slightly and sit back down for the sensor to recognize that yes, I'm still using this. Some good parts are the water heats up very quickly, and the air blows warm quickly. I would not recommend this to anyone at this price, if it were around $80 and people were okay with it performing inconsistently then maybe.

If you dont have one, get one!
Ever since I got my first bidet I was never going to live without one. I saw this one and decided to order it for my other bathroom. This one was fairly easy to install and it came with some pretty straight forward instructions. If you don't have a bidet you should really get one.

What an upgrade!
I had a basic bidet before this one is really a huge upgrade. Warm seat option. Warm water, night light, safety settings. Warm fan to dry. So many options. Even setting for lady cleanse.
