I don't have any negative or much positive thing to say about these gummies as I can't really tell if it made much difference in my body after taking twice a day and finished the entire bottle. The gummy in itself tastes ok - I don't like the dry not food-like tastes at the beginning but after a while it tastes much better. Easy to eat and chew, doesn't get stuck on teeth by too much.
