The product was overaged and distasteful. When kernel was chewed to taste, it gave rancid odour, bitter and tongue twisting taste.The original print of date of packing and best before use date were made hide by pasting a paper slip printing new dates superimposing previous one ( seen in attached picture)

The cashews are not uniformly sized. They were supposed to be jumbo size, but many are tiny. Though, the broken ones are less, but you still feel cheated.PS: Mr. Rohit from Oak contacted me and explained his side. I appreciate that because in India, customers are generally lawaris. Very few sellers take care of after sales service. However, I still stand by my earlier opinion. Cashews can’t be termed as JUMBO. These are regular sized ones with usual mix of different sizes though, as I said earlier also, taste and freshness is there.
