I really like this aromatherapy shower filter. It is so easy to install and it works beautifully!All you have to do is unscrew the end of your shower head from its holder, then screw one end of the filter into the shower head and the other end of the filter into the holder and that's it! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!And speaking of lemon squeezy, I ordered the lemon scented filter and it smells so great! The scent is not overpowering at all; it just smells nice while you are in the shower. Then when you get out you realize that the whole bathroom smells great too. Such a nice, pleasant, lemon scent that makes me think of sunshine and happy looking bright blue skies. I don't know why; it just does. Also, the tap water here is not too bad but it is certainly chlorinated and I like that this filters out some of that chlorine before the water reaches my skin. It is probably too soon to tell how much of an improvement this will bring in terms of chlorine but I did feel as though the water was a little easier on my skin than usual. Time will tell in that regard.I installed this filter in the main floor bathroom which has a largish walk in shower rather than a bathtub/shower combination. The showerhead in this bathroom is situated quite high because this shower also includes a centre situated single lever temperature controller and a bottom situated toe tester faucet. So the installation of the filter in this shower, even though it adds four inches to the length of the shower head mechanism, did not have any adverse effect at all on the tilt or height of the shower head -- I didn't have to adjust anything to offset this additional four inches in length. I think that in the upstairs bathroom which has a bathtub/shower combo and which has a fixed/handheld combo for the showerhead, I might have to make some slight adjustments once adding one of these filters to the showerhead but those adjustments will be simple to make and will be totally worth it for this lovely immersive aromatherapy system.I am very happy with this and I will definitely be purchasing more to try out different scents as well. I do not hesitate to recommend this at all.

However, there is a slight catch for us taller folks – the filter does add a bit of length to the shower setup (downwards for me), which means the shower head is positioned a bit lower than usual. It is a minor inconvenience, but something to keep in mind.Now, let us talk about the shower experience. From the moment I turned on the tap, I could smell and slightly feel the difference. There is a noticeable improvement in the water quality, and I am eager to see the long-term benefits for my skin and health.As for the filter’s lifespan, I am hopeful it will last a good while before needing a replacement. The product description mentions a capacity of up to 8,000L, so I am optimistic about its durability. Overall, I am quite pleased with this addition to my daily routine and would recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their shower experience. Just a heads-up to my fellow tall people – you might need to duck a little!

I was hoping to use this in my ensuite, but the treaded end that goes into that hand piece is too short. So when I turned it on it would just leak out where that hose attached to this unit. I was able to get it to work in one of my other bathrooms (see photos). I can say that the scent from this is just the right amount, noticeable, but not too strong. I don't have a way to test the chlorine/fluoride removal so I am not sure if this part works, but from an added invigorating scent(which is why I wanted this) this is wonderful.

I have EXTREMELY hard water and live in an old house. I also have a lot of skin and hair issues lol. I cannot live without a shower head filter. This is my first time using one that claims to have skincare ingredients in it. I am not sure yet if they provide any benefits and I imagine most of it would wash right off you, but I do like the faint smell it leaves in the washroom. It makes the washroom smell clean rather than musty.It was easy to installI like it a lot so far, but we will see further down the line if it actually does anything for my skin or hair health. If it doesnt do much, I don't know if I would purchase this again.
