COMPATIBLE with ALL WIFI ADAPTERS using SMA connector !! Plug directly into your D-link DWL520, linksys WMP11, WET11, netgear MA311, or D-link APs (anything that uses reverse polarity SMA)

Cheap manufacturing at a low cost
Some of the cross bars (parasitic elements) were out of place and not secure. They are sometimes off center by several millimeters. The holes in the main parallel are off-center, poorly-drilled, and still have burrs. It is salvageable if you want to spend the time manually aligning everything.I guess that is what you get for $14.

Joke. Save your $
I tested this Yagi in every way possible.8 different speed test applications, moved the antenna 50 times.Tried it with the supplied wifi adapter ,also with others.THIS ANTENNA DOES NOTHING AT ALL !! You actually lose signal when it's connected.I even bought low signal loss cable,no help.I can't even get a speed test to run with this antenna cause the signal is to low to connect.JUNK !

Total waste of time and money.
I bought 2 of these to try to improve my wifi signal range and they are pure garbage. I could (and do) get better performance out of stock omni-directional antenna that normally come with all wifi devices. If you want serious directional range bite the bullet and get a parabolic grid. Even if this worthless chunk of cheese grade aluminum did anything it would be negated by the length of cable attached due to line loss. I also feel I should mention the small round bars (super thin wall tubes) are glued in place which insulates them from the main square tube! If you want something to hang from your roof or a pole that you can point at something/someone to make it look like you have legit radio/networking equipment it might be a good option. As something functional forget it and look elsewhere.

Junk
This antenna is a waste of money. As mentioned in another review the elements are not centered. The 15 feet RG58 coax used has a 59% signal loss at 2.4 GHz even if the antenna worked perfectly the coax would negate its performance. I tested it with a $4000 Bird SWR antenna analyzer and it would not read it was so far out of band. As for the actual performance I purchased it to use on a Wi-Fi security camera this antenna only has about half of the range of the rubber duck antenna that came with the camera.

Good value & performance
Excellent value & functionality. Just wish the metal plate at the pole mount was thicker. May need to add my own thicker one to prevent bending.
