I bought this mat as it was a bit wider than standard and I wanted to do yoga in the garden when the grass is still wet from dew. The extra width is enough to do basic exercises completely on the mat such as child's pose and lunges (I am 6ft male medium build). Stretching out for a "cobra" I go off the ends but not a big deal. The mat is fine getting wet underneath and I just leave it out to dry for about an hour before rolling up. If it gets grassy or muddy underneath I spray it off with the hose and the foam underside doesn't absorb the water.There are bigger mats available but I also wanted to use it indoors if raining or too cold and this a good compromise between usable indoors and slightly larger for outdoors on wet grass. The thickness is better for me on grass or carpet but still ok on hard floor.The main thing I like is the quality feel. The two surfaces are well bonded and neither surface feels like it is wearing too much after a couple of months of daily use. The sewn on brand label and the thick cotton webbing carry strap are nice touches.Not cheap but it does look and feel like a quality product and the extra size is handy.

Arrived very promptlyMat is wider and slightly longer than usual mats which is what I needed.Standard yoga mats are too short and narrow for me.Apperas to be very good quality, and has good grip straight away.

I love how soft it feels when I do my daily exercises, feels great on my hands and feet.The material is nice, grippy and soft, so balancing on it feels great.The length of the mat is perfect as I tend to roll off my old mat.Overall the best mat I've used and I highly recommend it.

I bought this to use with hiit/yoga/pilates, I'm 6 feet tall and not far off 100kg so needed a longer more robust mat.My old one slipped and stretched so much it was dangerous!This is perfect, long enough for planks, wide enough so I don't have to continually adjust for side excercise. Most important it is completely NON slip on my laminate floor, even with hiit and jumps it doesn't move at all.

I bought this to replace a mat that was narrower and so smooth that my knees slipped during exercises. Width is perfect. Although thinner than my previous mat it is more comfortable, possibly as it seems denser.

It’s a good mat with a good strap. Does what it needs to do.Doesn’t really stay flat (as shown) given how it’s curled up most of the time, but I’m assuming that the curl on the end will sort itself over time.One notable thing. The primary picture isn’t an accurate visual comparative representation. I can excuse a photoshopped individual being placed into the picture. But they are way too small in comparison to the mat’s actual size. They are a hobbit in comparison to that medium shower towel sized mat.

This mat is a great size with a good thickness but soft to use with and without trainers. I needed it to be slip proof on my wood floors and it certainly grips the floor. Use it for Bootcamp style exercise at Home.

Great size and thickness for yoga but when doing ‘downward facing dog’ pose, my hands were slipping a bit on the surface
