this is my go to saline spray for my child. first thing i noticed (the reason for three stars) is that it came dirty, dusty, and the container was discolored like it has been in storage or warehouse for so long. i was expecting a better and new looking item since it is directly from amazon. another thing was the print on the container itself and the nozzle are different from what i currently have in our medicine cabinet. i am just not sure if little remedies changed it recently or i was sent an old stocked item. though it was sealed, i probably would just use this particular one for myself and just buy a new one from the store to use for my child.
