I'm recovering from a recent back injury and was looking for a good back brace for support. I have a few other ones I've tried so far. What I like about this one is it fits a little bit better under clothing and is a bit less bulky than the other ones I've tried. It does get a bit sweaty as it has been in the 80s and 90s but overall is fine against bare skin and hasn't caused any irritation.I wasn't exactly sure where they wanted you to measure for the sizing based on their diagram, but ended up getting size 1 with the waisted shape. The size seems to work on me. I have a 25" waist and a 37" hip. The loops on the front are meant to be used to help you velcro it together. It has a detachable massage nub in the center back of the brace which seems to be a soft foam. I'm not sure how I feel about this. There are times where it just hits me in the wrong spot and causes a bit of irritation to my back. Most of the time, I don't really notice it.In terms of support, it's fine for activities like walking and I can tell the difference when I don't have it on. It gives me a bit of assurance when I'm walking. Definitely not enough support for lifting slightly heavy objects for me.

This is a sturdy back support stabilizer. The pad is soft, but firm, and the nubs have a massaging effect during regular movement. I really like the secure hand holds that aid in tightening the support to the perfect level of tension.

I have so many back braces spend so much money on them, but I didn’t really like any of them as much as I like this. This is perfect. If it’s great, it’s a perfect amount of support. I like the little massage nubs in the back this was easy to put on. I saw the tabs and couldn’t figure out what they were for until I opened up the user manual. Can you put your hands in the loops and it helps you to close the belt. Super easy. Hasn’t been hot. It is not constricting. This is also made in Germany. It’s really nice to finally get a high-quality product that is not made in China. I highly recommend this back brace support. If you had surgery or have Siri is back issues, obviously consult a doctor because you may need more than this. But for the average person that has low back pain, this product is awesome.

I have a broken vertebrae in my lower back. So I am always on the lookout for better back braces. I was hoping this one would be good, but it just isn’t. It doesn’t provide me any support like my other back braces. I thank it is because the material is too stretchy. this back brace is just no good for me
