Hospital Socks - Non-Skid No Slip Tube Sock for Women and Men

These socks slip. Do not buy these socks if you truly need them to not slip or skid. I bought these for my elderly Mother who has Parkinson's disease. My Mom would NOT be able to wear these and not slip/fall.

Mom loves these socks! Since she been in the hospital for surgery a few times. Every time when they give her 1 pair to wear. She wanted to buy some. Hospital charge a too much. Thank God Amazon sells it! The socks always keep her feet warm & the bottom stops her from slidimg or falling whenever she tries getting up from her chair. I recommend these socks for those who slide whenever they tried getting up from their chair on tiles floor.

I would like a description of the material they are made of, just so people will know they are cotton not very stretchy and my husband couldn’t get them on my feet over the bandages. I’ve had 4 surgeries on both feet in last year and I have to wear them to keep my feet from the dirty ground and or getting wet. I do like the fact that they are smooth on top of the socks, so there isn’t any rubbing the top of my feet.

The bottom non Skid is very sticky. I have washed them and hung them up to dry as suggested. They stick to the floor and are hard for him to walk in. Will wash several times more and see if this improves this problem. My husband has large wide feet and these are very narrow socks and almost too tight around the ankles. Will not purchase again.

These socks were bought for my son who has MS and trouble walking and with his balance. He feels more secure from falls when he wears these. They also help provide traction when getting up out of his chair.

This is the second time we ordered these socks. We really do like them a lot. Wish they were a bit longer but that would not stop us from buying them.

My daughter is / has been in the hospital for almost a year with Leukemia and needed some different color slip resistant socks as blue and grey were getting pretty boring . She really likes these , they are super soft but not too warm for a spring day . Because of the length she is able to wear with AFO braces in comfort . Great colors and wash well . Gonna get some for myself as well for when I stay with her and at home .

These are very warm and soft socks. They are very well made and definitely keep you from slipping. I hadn't paid attention to the fact that they were not crew length (which I would have preferred) but almost knee high. I hope they last a long time.
