I'm using these to bring my daily dose of water kefir to work. The flip top seal works perfectly to hold fermentation bubbles in and keep any liquid from spilling out. I like the outside textured design, it helps to keep it from slipping from your hand. These come with a funnel for filling and small bottle brush for cleaning. They are a bit smaller than I was hoping for but the 8 oz size actually fits my lunch bag well.

These look better online than in the hand. I'll be honest, they look cheap. But to receive them in a broken, shattered condition is not okay. Anything glass needs to be very well packaged. I see by other reviews that I am not the only one to receive broken bottles. You would think someone in packaging would take the hint. But apparently not. If I had it to do over again, I would probably opt for a smooth glass exterior and forgo the fancier imprints. Like I said, these look cheap in hand. Not nearly so impressive. I won't buy more in the future, either. The clear bottles are more impressive and affordable. Live and learn. And I ordered two sets of these bottle. Would've, could've, should've!

I wasn't sure how I'd feel about these bottles and how they'd seal. Turns out I had no reason to be concerned.The tops seal down tightly and without leaking.The bottles have a fun, traditional shape with a non-traditional look to them due to the pattern.The brush that it comes with is nice for getting down in the bottle but if you're not putting anything in them with sugar, hot water and soap will likely do the trick for cleaning.
