Product does look and feel premium.The outer layer is cotton so is the inner but can’t confirm whether it’s high density cotton wadding.The packaging is non existent as it came in white gunny bags so there is a lot of scope that the product may get stained while shippingSize as others said length is not 4 x 6 feet but rather 3.5 x 5.5 feetThe thickness is 6mm and is quite comfortable to sleep on
