I am a personal trainer and as well as having to be energetic all the time I also need to look the part!....these pills are amazing and have helped me loads...I've lost weight defined more and have much more energy....not to mention the l-tyrosine in the pill makes me more upbeat and have a great sense of well being! I will say that with any supplement you need to exercise and maintain a balanced diet! These will not work when your not doing the other areas of a healthy lifestyle!Worth a try if you have a regular training regime and diet plan ....if you don't...don't use them and get into the gym so you can!!! Laziness won't work

Despite (at the time of writing this review), the product page says the capsule is made from cellulose, when the product arrived, the ingredients showed the capsules as made from gelatine. Amazon gave me a refund but I didn't want anyone to have the same issue as I did!.

I found these tablets really good, they certainly help suppress my appetite and after a week or so U had so much more energy. I would highly recommended these tablets

Really great product to help fat burn. I actually find they settled the stomach after a big meal too.

I would recommend this product to anyone wishing to have a bit more energy while they are on a diet,I find it also helps with reducingfood cravings.I do think that you have to try it yourself, as other things I have tried that have good wright ups did not work for me, where theabove does.

Whereby this didn't work at all for me, as all our bodies are different that may not be the case for someone else.
