It has one negative it's almost 100 lbs, so lifting it up and into the trunk of a car is very difficult.Other than that.It was easy to set up and change.It was relatively easy to drive and the adjustable speed makes it very easy to control, especially in the beginning.I HIGHLY recommend this electric wheelchair for people who live in a apartment complex that is wheelchair accessible and they are using it for running around the neighborhood. If you need to take it with you when you go out, I recommend you get a wrack for the back of your car.I sincerely hope that you enjoy your electric wheelchair.For me the weight is an issue. I don't live in a wheelchair friendly environment.

Very easy to put together. Very quite and smooth ride. We love it.

We purchased this wheelchair for my dad. Worked fine for about a day but now experiencing cracking/popping noise and cannot figure it out. I’ve called the company several times and left message to call me back. No response. I’ve emailed them but no response. Tried “chatting” with them on their website but no response. Very poor service. I would not recommend this product.

I liked the color. The only thing is the screw keeps coming out of the joystick and is difficult to find a replacement screws. It's also difficult to get the tiny screw to attach to the joystick.

Was skeptical at first because if the investment price. However. Very happy with purchase.Only complaint is putting on the brakes. They are very hard to engage and disengage.Overall, happy. Goes faster than I thought. I thought there was a manual brake, however you just let off the joystick.

Brake failed a falling apart. Footrest need to be replaced with high price. The chair is not aligned well and not stable flipped several time. Battery charger fail to charge withe getting new power cord.

The wheelchair arrived 3 days before Amazon' s` estimated delivery date, thanks to excellent customer service by the seller. It is amazingly easy to assemble ... took less than 15 minutes. I ordered the cobalt blue color, which really stands out. The large rear wheels give the chair more traction and make it more sturdy. The motor is powerful and the joystick and controls are ergonomically designed and easy to operate. It has no trouble rolling over a lawn, a driveway, a ramp or a shag carpet. There are many motorized chairs that are more expensive and have elevated features, but this is an excellent choice for an everyday, practical, and powerful tool for a person who has challenges walking.

I love this chair. Only downfall is the screws need to be tightened because they come off and get lost.
