It does not take up a lot of room I like this stand sturdy equipment

I ordered this weight rack for one simple reason: to get my weights off the floor of our home gym. I also stack my dumbbells in reverse order with the heaviest up top - that way, we don't have to lean down to get the heavier dumbbells.In any case, the weight rack comes fully disassembled, with six big metal pieces and a big bag of nuts, bolts and washers. It comes with an Allen key, but you'll need a socket wrench on the other end to prevent the screw/nut from spinning in place.It took me about 15 minutes to fully assemble and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it looked when it was done. It also comes with rubber-ish covers to put on all the "teeth" where the weights rest. That way, you can re-rack them silently and without scratching your weights or pinching yourself.For $40, I'm pretty impressed. Hopefully the little rubber tabs hold up to multiple reracks, but only time will tell.

I bought Ethos Hex 10-35 lb dumbbells. Can only use 3 sets as the space between rack spaces and the width of runner dumbbells is too tight. This 6 set rack is for very small weight dumbbells. Also, space between the 2 “hooks” is smaller than my wife’s very small hands. She needs to use 3 fingers to remove and replace the dumbbells to not get pinched. If you have very small hands and are using lighter weight dumbbells, this “6 set” rack may be fine.

This rack is fairly well made except for some of the joints are spot welded. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on where it's manufactured but, it appears to made in the US. So, the quality isn't bad. I rated the rack 3-stars because it just didn't function for me. My dumbbell sets are Olympic bars using plates and the slots are so close together that a dumbbell with 10lb plates won't fit next to a dumbbell with 5lb plates. Unfortunately, I had to return the rack.

Very easy to put together, and it holds all the weights great, but the space to put your hands in is very small. I don't have big hands, and I still have to be careful, using as few fingers as possible so I don't accideintly pinch them or get them caught between the metal bracket and the weights.

This is my first dumbbell A-frame storage rack. Assembly wasn’t complicated since there aren’t many parts and most of the screws and nuts are of similar shape and size. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of tightening down several bolts before putting all of the pieces in place which resulted in a lopsided, wobbling rack. This was easy to fix but simply unloosening all the nuts and reshaping the tower to the match the product photos. The powder coating looks pretty good.Overall, it works well at securing and organizing my dumbbells. The only things, I’d like to point out (and you can see it if you zoom in on the vendor pics in the product description) are that the piece at top the the “A” isn’t flush and the bottoms of the 4 long pieces that you rest your dumbbells on don’t make contact with the feet assembly. So far, these haven’t impacted performance, but they don’t make the rack looks as sturdy as some of their competitors.
