Perfect for our puppy
This food is great. It has helped ease the gastric problems our Labrador puppy was having. He loves to eat it, I reckon his bowl is empty in under a minute. It is nutritious and is helping him grow into a happy, healthy dog. It may be a little more expensive than other brands but I would definitely recommend it, it’s worth a few extra pennies

Finally a food that doesn’t upset pups stomach!
I have two dogs and my 7 year old lab can eat ANYTHING. So it was a real surprise when we got our now 9 month old golden retriever who has an upset stomach with EVERYTHING! I have tried so many different brands of dog food and the last one he was on, which was wheat free, was a little better but we still had copious amounts of semi solid steaming piles of poo, multiple times a day. I did a bit of research and decided to try this grain free food, expecting an explosive reaction as we have had before.......fed at dinner time, no poo that night. In the morning he did a perfectly formed, solid poo! He has not done this since we have had him!! And this has continued, one poo a day, perfectly solid. Only dog owners with dogs with sensitive stomachs will understand just how exciting this is (or maybe life has got so boring in lockdown that this as good as it gets!). On a serious note I feel reassured that he is clearly digesting this food well and that can only be good for his overall health and growth.

Good value
Bought for my miniature dachshund puppy, he prefers it soaked in warm water before he eats it.

Definitely the best dog food
+ best quality dogfood I have ever used+ dogs coat became lovely and soft, beautiful sheen+ tastes great!+ settles well with dog's sensitive tummy+ usually leads to well formed stools+ usually non smelly poops- notice the usually stated above. Sometimes the dog would do a runny poop, maybe once a week. Although rare, when paying such a high price, I would expect every poop to be perfect- very, very expensive. Its the best dog food money can buy imo but I ended up having to shell out £40-£50 pm for a British bulldog. I now feed him a different hypoallergenic brand, for only 1/3 the cost and about 1/2 the quality. If you can afford it, definitely go for James wellbeloved. If you need to make a compromise, go for autarky hypoallergenic puppy food. If you need the cheapest dog food, go for Harringtons.

The food is good, using Hermes is not.
I have been buying James Wellbeloved food for my dogs for many many years after it was recommended to me by a friend. I don't think I have anything bad to say about it, the slightly higher cost to average dry food equals out as the dogs don't eat as much of it as cheaper food as it seems to fill their hunger needs better. What I have to say is how shoddy it is to use Hermes as the deliverer, nationally renowned as being terrible, they are cheap for a reason. Just dumping the parcel outside your door, hopefully you hear the knock on your door, by the time you get there they are gone, hopefully your parcel isn't too.I wonder how much they cost companies in failed deliveries snatched by porch pirates.
