Fantastic for hiking!
I despise carrying around a water bottle when hiking, so this seemed like the perfect solution! It is easy to fill, and carries enough water for at least half a day of hiking - more depending on how much you consumer/the weather. It can be a tad difficult to clean, but I have found that using sterilising tablets and warm water works well. The backpack element is well made, and has pockets for other bits and bobs too, which is handy.10/10

Hydration rucksack
The bladder is big for the water and doesn't leak, so far. The tube is fed through the inside of the bag to the shoulder strap and out, ready at mouth level. Remember that when exercise you should only sip to hydrate. When you're finished you can chug water.Bag has compartments at the waist for a phone or something. It's a skinny bag, not practical for my weekly at all but it wasn't designed for that.Straps at the chest and the waist. My favourite aspect of this whole bag is the whistle designed into the chest buckle! I've never seen that before and it has a good range. With a the water full it ads weight with motion and slushing. I find this annoying but I'm fussy.

Perfect for hiking, 2l capacity
I go hiking around twice a week and a friend suggested I try out a hydration backpack. I decided to give this one a try and I'm really pleased with its quality and water storage capacity of up to 2 liters, which is just right for me. The backpack is nicely padded with soft foam on both sides of the back, providing good cushioning when it's full. It comes with two shoulder straps, an upper torso strap, and a lower torso strap, all of which can be adjusted. The long feed tube runs from the bottom of the bladder to a securing clip on the right shoulder strap. Fantastic product.

Good fit
Good quality and fitting hydration pack. Me and my partner both use them when out for a run or a long hike. Holds plenty of liquid and never leaks.

Overall I think this is a really good sports backpack
I really like this hydration backpack from Zelnff – I feel there are some areas for improvement but on the whole this is a good sports backpack.First off the bag is very comfortable to wear, thanks largely to the soft padding on the rear of the bag and on the inside of the shoulder straps (per photos) and also since the straps are all adjustable, including the chest strap which can be adjusted up or down. There is also a safety whistle on the clasp of the chest strap which is a nice addition (per photo of orange clasp). The bag has the main compartment which is mainly for the hydration pack if you are using that. Per photos there are two Velcro hooks at the top of the inside of the main compartment for attaching the hydration pack – you can then run the tube out the bag on either side and out over the corresponding shoulder strap. If you are not using the hydration pack then you could fit a fair amount of light stuff in the bag (light lunch, small jacket etc). There is also the zip pocket on front of the main compartment (per photos). This is big enough to fit mobile phone, wallet, keys etc. There are also two side zip pockets, again which can fit a mobile phone in either side (per photo). These are accessible whilst wearing the bag but it needs a good stretch since they are around the back connected to the main bag.The hydration bladder is easy to use and after a couple of wash’s with plain water did not have any plastic taste like some can. Also the end cap for keeping dirt off and the pull / push for drinking / closing to stop leaks work well. The only comments I have about this bag are that ideally I would have liked a divider within the main compartment to be able to have water bladder one side and store some stuff other side (still can but more risk of splitting the bladder), would have liked pocket(s) on front of shoulder straps for easy access, and would have preferred if the two side pockets were more easily accessible when wearing the bag.Overall I think this is a really good sports backpack and at current selling price of £23 feel it offers good value.

Excellent quality and really useful
I have one of these types of backpack that I've had for over twenty years. I've tried a few others since, but they've always been a disappointment and haven't really matched the usefulness of my old one, so they've gone back to the shop. This little pack, however, is almost identical, even down to the colour scheme. It has a hydration pack inside, but I tend to use it as a mini rucksack and remove this, but that's obviously a personal preference. It has quick release snap connecters, a strap that goes around your midsection to stop it bouncing around and buckles at the front of the shoulder straps to quickly and easily adjust if for fit and comfort. There are several handy zip compartments, and webbing on the back of the pack which you can adjust to carry spare or discarded clothing etc. It's extremely light and when wearing it, you quickly forget it's there and it has no impact on my running or exercise performance at all. Highly recommended.

VERY COMFORTABLE BACKPACK
I use this hydration pack on my local mountain biking training routes. It does not have enough storage pockets for long adventures but it really is perfect for short training runs. At last, we have a hydration back back with really easy to adjust straps. The straps are very easy to work out. You can adjust them on the go and they stay in place. No more backpack moving around as you are cycling. Although there are limited storage pockets, they are very useful for your phone, keys and wallet et cetera. It is a really convenient hydration pack for general use. Also remember the water reservoir is removable so a lot of extra space is created if you don't need to use the water bladder. So if I'm going for a longer Mountain Bike ride, I can remove the water reservoir and free up lots of space for things such as spare pedals, chain links, innertube's, bike pump, tools, rain jacket et cetera. The lightweight design is really nice and the 2 L water capacity is more than enough for most adventures.
