After nearly three hours of futzing around with this, I gave up. Am sending it back today. Caveat emptor.
Not even sure where to start with this. Packaged arrived on-time and included everything that was supposed to be there. Per instructions, let the wifi component charge for an hour. Again, per instructions, connected my iPhone 8 to the wireless portion of the device, so far so good. Downloaded the app listed in instructions, ImageKit, onto my iPhone 8. Launched app. Got the error message, 'Please connect to the WiFi of the device.' Tried rebooting phone and wifi device. Same error message. Tried using my son's iPhone X. Same story. Tried using my wife's Android device. Same story. Being an engineer, I decided to try other apps listed on others reseller's websites 'HD See' and 'Mogo View' Still unable to connect. Getting frustrated, but determined to make it it work, I decided to follow the provided PC instructions, instead. Plug camera directly into USB port, Windows fails to even recognize the device. Just to be thorough, I tried to download the PC software from the URL in the manual. Link is broken. Error 404. Nice. After nearly three hours of futzing around with this, I gave up. Am sending it back today. Caveat emptor.

Entrained water in seconds under fewer than 8 inches of water. This product got about 8" into the pipe and immediately got water in the camera. Their "water proof nut device" was attached, and only consists of a ring with an o-ring on it. Which obviously does not protect water from seeping underneath the lens.I can no longer use this device to look into my electrical conduit as their is water and fog in the lens. If I can't look in water pipe or my electrical conduit this is now a worthless device to me. Waste of money would not suggest anyone purchase this who might dream of using it to look at pipe with water. I will request replacement or refund, but I'm not holding my breath.

Did not work with two android phones. Hardware appears to be defective
Did not work. LED light did not come on and camera did not seem to connect with WiFi dongle. The required app ImageKit has a 2.9/5 rating. So, all 5-star ratings on Amazon are suspicious.

Great Product for Automotive engine inspection and home air vents. One of the best features is that the wire is long and semi-rigid which makes it easier to handle and maneuver.

It doesn’t work!
This thing doesn’t work and was supposed to have a one year warranty but there is no way listed to return it! Thanks Amazon!
