This seasoning topper smells amazing. I was very excited to try as good as it smelled. Has a kind of cheddar cheese smell almost with hints of pepper and garlic.I have put this on several meals now, including noodles, pizza, and chicken.I wouldn't say it is spicy. More the level of a good black pepper, maybe cayenne if not used to eating stronger spices.Initially it is salty, and has a parmesan and pepper flavor. The main flavor I am left with is garlic. It is very good, even though it is pretty basic. A step up for sure from just parmesan. I really liked this and will be using it wherever I can.

This was the third parmesan topping we tried by Shawhan Farms after two great bottles of the Truffle Parmesan and the Lemon Pepper Parmesan. For us, Shawhan Farms was 2-for-2 on great parmesan bottles, and now they're at 3-for-3.This was probably our second favorite after the Truffle variety, and beating out the lemon pepper kind that was still great but a bit more basic.This Chile Roasted Garlic had two things we love: a bit of heat and garlic.So it's no wonder it's a great add-in for red sauce pastas and on pizzas. This stuff is basically like red chili peppers and parmesan in one, so it's basically the perfect pizza topper of the three parmesans by Shawhan that we tried.***Overall Value***These parmesan bottles are quite big so the $21 (at the time of review) isn't too outrageous. Each bottle lasts for multiple entrees.

This is a pretty solid choice if your looking for a parmesan that will spice up the food you make. The flavor is pretty good but I've decided to give it a 4/5 stars since compared to other flavors that this company has made I would put this one as my favorite. Saying that though, this parm was still a big hit. It was fresh and had a okay amount of kick to it. I put it on my chicken wings and pizza which worked great. Tried it in some chicken parm pasta and it turned out alright. Overall I would much rather go with this than just a normal boring old parmesan seasoning to put on my food.

Quite a tasty and lightly spicy parmesan sprinkle. I've been sprinkling this stuff on everything, it adds just a hint of spice with that great parmesan flavor.

Hubs loves parmesan so I grab this for him to try. As it turns out it was a little too spicy for him. I took a taste even though I don't normally eat parmesan and I thought it had a decent flavor although the cheese flavor is a little diluted with what I think is nutritional yeast. It has a lot less calories than parmesan and that may explain how they accomplished that. It doesn't say anything about it having to be refrigerated it just says for ultimate freshness keep in a drawer closed and away from heat light and moisture. I'm not sure if I'm going to try that or I'm going to keep it in the fridge yet but I will update if I have any more insight on shelf life. It does say Best Buy August 15th 2026 which is a little less than 2 and 1/2 years from order date.

We've enjoyed all the Shawhan Farms products that we've tried. And we liked this "Roasted Garlic & Chile" Parmesan Cheese, but we were surprised at the mild flavor.Although it tastes OK, the Parmesan cheese flavor seems to be super mild, and the roasted garlic and chile don't really stand out.

This is a 7 oz bottle of Shawhan Farms Parmesan Inspirations roasted garlic and Calabrian chili parmesan seasoning. This is a good size bottle, and comes with a shaker/spoon top. It is primarily parmesan cheese powder, with various seasonings including roasted garlic and Calabrian pepper. The parmesan is tasty and the Calabrian pepper gives it a slightly spicy kick. This seasoning blend is great to sprinkle on the top of a casserole, baked macaroni & cheese, lasagna, etc. It's also good to sprinkle on pizza, spaghetti, vegetables, and French fries and other kinds of potatoes. Excellent flavor and recommended.

What I liked:This "Shawhan Farms Gourmet Parmesan Inspirations Imported Calabrian Chile Roasted Garlic Seasoning" is a fun addition to your kitchen if you like garlic (and of course parmesan)! We love it on popcorn, veggies, and of course any sort of pasta as well.What I did not like:There is a bit more kick/spice here that I had bargained for which was a little surprising and the price of $21 is kind of high, but it is fun!Overall:I give this one 4 stars - the flavor is a tad more spicy than I think it needs to be, but it is a fun spice/condiment to have on hand!
