Ordered this as recently had a hot stone massage at a health spa to relieve some long term back pain and it was amazing- gave me about 3 weeks relief. Saw this and thought I'd give it a go. The item arrived well packaged in an aluminum travel case, within a strong card shipping box.Upon opening, you are greeted with a very comprehensive and well thought out product- there are various sizes of highly polished stones and full instructions are listed on the inside lid of the case. The case acts as the heater, and has a wired cable coming from the bottom of it. Heating of the stone takes around 20-40mins and once done, the stones can be kept hot inside. This kit is amazing, with a price break that means that it would probably pay for itself within two uses, compared to the prices at a health spa etc. I am extremely happy and impressed with my purchase- Highly recommended.

This is awful. The stones do not reheat quick enough. It’s a single use and then you have to wait another half hour for it to heat again. If you’re on the go, there is no car charger. It’s a fixed plug.

This is a nicely presented kit. The case that the stones are in is good quality and is convenient for keeping everything together. You heat the stone in the case so one side of the case holds the elements for heating. The cable is not removable which is a shame as it makes storage a bit more cumbersome. On the other side of the case are the instructions for use and this is where the stones rest. I didn’t find this very convenient as everything has to come out before you can read them. A separate instruction leaflet would have been useful. For these two points I have removed one star.The small stones do get a bit hot so it is important to test them before putting them on tender areas of skin. Heat is very good for pain and this helps quite a lot. I used them on my lumbar spine and they are certainly comforting as they soothe some of the pain away.Overall, a good set of stones that helps with pain.

Decently packaged, easy to use, carefully unpack it all and place the stones back onto the wrack. Expensive but worth the value. Makes a good gift.

Hi, I got this for my wife to help with her back suffering, she likes heat packs and we have lots of things that we have for it as well, so I thought id try this, its pricey and the kit doesn't look or feel the quality I was hoping for but it works, the stones are different sizes and some get a bit too hot to handle after this has been on for 20-30 mins, the smaller ones especially, when using my heat gun you can see the difference and putting these straight on the skin at this temperature they will burn, so you do need to be careful, I tried them on my skin first before I placed them to test and after in you hands or out of the box they cool a bit quicker, placing them on my wife's back with some oils, she loved the warmth of them and it felt soothing, so it works and it does help and when I moved them around it was easing her discomfort, so its a good idea, I just feel the way the plug is fixed in and not removable this will surely be its downfall as its looks bent out of shape in the first place, and the stones will rattle around in this as it would of been nice with a moulding for the shapes, but I can't fault it too much as it works just the quality for the price 😀
