I wanted a waist trainer that was breathable and thought this was the perfect one. When I opened the package, the waist trainer looked SUPER small. But after putting it on it fit perfect and I CAN BREATHE When I sit down vs the other ones I got! The package also included clear bra strapes and bra strap hiders ( idk what to call them lol)

This is the best waist trainer I’ve had in a long time. Im 5’3” and 167 pounds and it fit so comfortably. I’m able to do all my workouts without having to adjust at all!

I would have given it a 5 star rating but I ordered the S and I can latch it on the tightest setting and though snug, not snug enough to to flatten my my tummy pudge. Going to see if my daughter wants it and if not, I will be returning..but only because of the fit. The material is as described, I just wish it came in a extra small size. By the way I am 54, stand 5foot 3 inch and weigh 106 pounds..Not exactly big but my belly makes me look pregnant...was hoping this would help me with my posture and with exercise get rid of my belly fat. UPDATED - down from 4 stars to one.... Wore this one a total of 3 times and the ribbing is coming out the top just like an underwire bra..as stated earlier this one did not fit me very tight which tells me it is very poor quality to have torn already. I ordered a different one which cost less, fits me tighter and has already outlasted this one!

This is perfect!Like others, when I got it I wasn't sure it would fit. I laid down on the bed to put it on using the biggest notch, then stood up and realized I could go down further, so I was easily able to adjust it standing up to a smaller size. I normally wear a size 16 dress size and ordered the 3X (I'm notorious for going up in sizes and getting too big) but I wanted to play it on the safe side based on other reviews. I'm 5'3" and it definitely isn't loose. I think this will be a great introduction because I wanted firm support as a beginner trainer, without being smothering.It's very soft and breathable (for a corset). It's quite comfortable and I tend to be a big baby when it comes to tight stomach stuff.I bought it to wear under clothes for posture training, slimming, and hopefully some waist training.I washed it after trying it on to get off any storage chemicals. I used gentle washer cycle and it came out just fine.I love it, it's super affordable and comfortable. HIGHLY recommended - especially for someone new to corsets and stomach support.

I didn't like it. It curls and leaves lumps under clothes...no support at all and is not shaped like the picture. Just a straight up and down thing. By the way, I am 5'2 , 110lbs and just wanted to use it to wear for the holiday workout...or to wear under clothes that have gotten a little tight. SORRY, IT'S A NO GO. Product was very durable and in great condition, however, when I wore it, it began to bend into my folds and creases in my waist and lower back causing me to experience pain in those areas. It made it hard to wear. I've never had this happen with any corset or shaper that I've purchased in the past. I think that if it had a little more support it would fit better. I can say that it was breathable but the material was kind of scratchy that it made my skin itch.

I just got this product so the only reason I haven't posted the 5 stars is bc I haven't given myself enough time to allow the results to show nor to see how it holds up to the wear and tear of use. However, I can say it is the most comfortable fit inspite of the compression) of any trainer I have ever tried post child-bearing. It is super duper snug that makes me want to stand taller which in turn reminds me to use my posture muscles and that is what will bring the long-term results.The very snug fit gently compressing my torso seems to help me control how much I "want to" eat (vs. "have to" eat). I am disciplined about my diet but this adds further encouragment.I also have a short torso, so for all you ladies who have had to deal with that issue, I would recommend giving this one a shot.

The sizing guide is misleading. You should get 1 or 2 sizes smaller. My waist is 30inches and I got a medium as per guide. However, the material is too stretchy, so even if I used the last hook already, it’s still too big for me. You would want a waist trainer to be tight even if using the first hook so your tummy will get smaller in time. And as it gets smaller, you also get to advance the use of the hooks. That way you can maximize the product. This is disappointing :(
