Cup holder part was too small for my standard bike water bottle, BUT the handle bar MOUNT attachment is just GREAT!!!! It adapted well to a regular bottle holder that I had laying around, so based on that alone Im super happy with this purchase!

it's well made and does a very good job, but the adjustment is at it's largest. you can't adjust it to be smaller or it will be too small to hold anything. it will hold a regular water bottle or a gatorade bottle.(that's what i use..:))

Good product

Works fine as a bottle holder but it’s definitely not good for holding cups. It is too small and if you do manage to get your drink in it, you’ll have to squeeze it in. The most dangerous are the plastic sink cups that will pop right out on any bumps and that becomes a hazard on your ride because you’ll have to babysit the cup. The adjustment is useless because absolutely nothing will fit in less than the biggest adjustment.Not recommended for cup holding and there are better options for bottle holders, you don’t need the extra adjustmable mechanism taking all that weight on your bike.

Make sure the size of bottle or cup you want this to hold will actually fit. Do not go by the product photos. It will only fit bottles much smaller than pictured. Quality seems ok though.Update: The vendor was very responsive in my issue and it was a very pleasant experience. So kudos for that.
