Copper, topaz and gold Swarovski crystals were used to accent this large star pendant. Large and small octagon crystals were also used to balance the large size of the star. And even without the sun it will sparkle and shine with the reflection of room lighting.This was made with only Swarovski crystals, which are known worldwide to be the premiere leader in crystal for over 100 years. The Swarovski name is always a mark of the finest quality. The bottom star pendant is just over 1 1/2". It measures 5 3/4" long from the top crystal to the bottom of the crystal prism. There is a 3" loop at the top for easy hanging. Large octagon shaped beads, as well as smaller bicone beads were also used to create this unique and one of a kind crystal sun catcher. Swarovski’s aurora borealis (AB) coating on one side of the crystal star produces a mirror-like effect in order to glow, even in low light. The pure translucence of the crystals is perfect for catching the sun’s rays. I use only top quality stainless steel wire that is both flexible and very strong. It has a pearl white coating to give a rich and finished look. Sterling silver crimps were used to keep it secure. This can be hung on your Christmas tree, inside in a window, or anyplace in your home to add sparkles, rainbows and glitz! It can also be hung outside. Hang it in a tree, on your patio or porch. I love mine hanging in a tree, it makes me happy! It’s really beautiful when it picks up the sun’s rays!
