Works better than expected. Multiple options in the box! However, I bought this, locally, for less than half the price Amazon is hawking this for!

The box was shorted on small ice pack
The box was supposed to contain 4 large ice packs and 4 small ice packs. The box was short 1 small ice pack. They were very expensive to begin with, let alone being shorted one ice pack.
