Versatility and Protection in One - A Stellar Phone Companion!
After using the Scooch Wingback for several weeks, I'm genuinely impressed! This isn't just a phone case; it's a multifunctional accessory that's become essential in my daily routine. First off, the case itself is robust, providing confidence that my phone is protected from everyday bumps and minor drops. The material feels durable, yet it doesn't add unnecessary bulk to the phone, which is a huge plus for me.Now, onto the Wingback feature - it's a game-changer! The versatility it offers is something I didn't know I needed until I had it. It acts as a grip, which is a lifesaver for preventing drops, especially when navigating the city or taking the perfect selfie. Additionally, it serves as a stand, perfect for propping the phone up when I'm following a recipe or catching up on my favorite shows. It's also worth noting how securely it attaches to car vents, making GPS navigation utterly seamless.Another unexpected benefit is how it simplifies my daily carry. The Wingback holds a couple of my cards, so I've ditched my bulky wallet on many occasions, especially during quick errands or exercise sessions.Installation was a breeze, and removing the case is straightforward too, without fearing you might damage the phone or the case. It slides off smoothly but only when you need it to.In terms of aesthetics, it's sleek and modern. It doesn't scream for attention but has a refined style that's received several compliments. All in all, the Scooch Wingback is an innovative, practical, and stylish choice for anyone seeking more than just a phone case. It's an all-in-one wonder that's enhanced my phone-handling experience significantly. Highly recommended!

Sticks well, sturdy , nice propping up in various ways. A little big. Works well.
Way back when I bought Scooch's complete LG8 Thin Q case that was molded with the Wing prop built in. Very nice, loved it, lasted what 4 years till the Wing suddenly would not lay down anymore. Boy, I really used it a lot in various environments, conditions, times of day and night. Loved it. Sad, Scooch said they had to move on to keep up with those cell phones that were most popular, the up and coming lastest ones and ended up dropping the LG8 ThinQ version. So I bought a different manufacture's strong, durable, protective all clear, but also non-yellowing case for my LG8 that is a perfect fit, but I did not want to be without the Scooch Wing Back prop. Fortunately Scooch still made a separate stick on Wing. I am glad I bought it, it sticks very resiliently. It crowds my Finger Print sensor though in the upper middle of the cell phone back and that is because the separate stick on version of the Wing Back has a larger, longer base. So it just crowds the bottom of my finder index from fitting as easily on the security sensor. Burt I am getting used to that and can still operate functionally my fingerprint sensor successfully.

BEWARE THIS SELLER
They 100% FAIL to describe that these handles are ONLY FUNCTIONAL by you sticking them onto some other plain flat back case you may already have. THEY ARE NOT REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR THEIR MOST EXPENSIVE SCOOCH CASES & they DO NOT GIVE THIS FACT IN THIS PRODUCT DESCRIPTION (though I would not be surprised if they add this fact to the item description now so they can claim it’s in there). So when you realize theses handles are useless as repair parts for SCOOCH’s top of the line cases, they refuse to make good and give you the replacement handles you need.I bought these ONLY because I bought 2 of their ~$40 cases that had these handles built into them late last summer for our new 13pros. Wanted the cases both for built in stands and as handles to help relieve hand strain on arthritic joints. Case #1 was perfect - the handle opened perfectly & it was comfortably hand holdable - meaning the one who has arthritis could hold the smooth inner surface of the pop out handle for a long time.PROBLEM was Case #2 owner never held the handle & basically used only it as a stand, hardly touching the inner portion of the handle that was supposed to smooth black rubber…. until we went on a month+ vacation not quite 30 days after delivery. Never during that time did Case #2 owner think the fact that the rubber on their case inner handle being dried out, feeling like dried crocodile skin was an issue - BECAUSE they never used as a handle in that short time.On vacation, CASE #1 owner with arthritic fingers needed urgently to use the Case#2 phone instead of their own perfectly functional phone except for it being very low power & having gotten hot while driving, it needed a break to cool. That switch of devices was required to navigate & it was then Case#1 owner discovered the inner surface of the handle was EXTREMELY DEGRADED, FALLING APART actually with chunks of dried black rubber falling off what is supposed to be a SMOOTH LINING, it was NOT useable as the handle it is touted as.So after hundreads of more miles, & discussion between us, it was clear the damaged defective handle on Case #2 was damaged like that from delivery/day one. Case #2 owner had noticed but as they didn’t buy the case or read the product description, they thought it “the way it was supposed to be”.What to do? It’s a couple days past 30 day return window by now, we’re on a long trip camping in the boonies, trying yo enjoy vacay & won’t be back home for weeks. Decided the seller would SURELY be fair once we shared this long but very TRUE STORY. I would do that after we finished our trip, no way I could address any of this until we were back home.Vacay over, we’re home but, nope, zero way to contact seller no matter where I searched. So - because I loved the quality of design & the proper function of my Case #1- I left a detailed review with 4 or 5 stars on the 2 high end cases I’d bought, and complained how great one case was but the 2nd was defective WITH PHOTOS clearly showing damage. One look would obviously show the seller this kind of damage could NOT conceivably be made unless this had been stored in their extremely HOT warehouse LONG before they shipped to us. We’ve lived in Phoenix for 35 years & know intimately just exactly how long it takes to bake all kinds of materials to death like this one. With that deep knowledge we leave NOTHING to the heat, ever.I planned to leave the review with title & photo’s indicating there was a problem thinking this seller would periodically read their reviews, see the problem we had & reach out. No outreach in a month, so I edited my nice review to 1 star hoping that would spur them to read & fix this. Nope. Finally, disgusted, I found a way to get to Amazon customer service. They said nothing could be done but they could give me a partial refund on Case #2. I agreed since was I fed up with zero response from seller & the refund would cover this pack of 3 REPLACEMENT HANDLE PARTS which had been described on the Case product page with tips in Q/As & Reviews that sometimes a SCOOCH handle will lose its bend or the plastic flanges could fail with time so getting 3 handles would fix Case #2 + I’d have 2 backups should Case#1 or 2 ever fail.Getting settled back home after such a long trip & holidays & long distance family troubles pushed my purchase of these 3 handle replacement parts to late last year. By then the price had gone up so I ended up 25% out of pocket. Oh well… we needed them, still mostly nice cases except for THE ONE PROBLEM OF A TOTALLY DEGRADED HANDLE HAVING BEEN INSTALLED ON ONE CASE THEY DELIVERED AS IF IT WERE NEW & PERFECT.The handles arrived but so did more holidays & then a couple close family health crises (ER, lots of consults after, etc) plus more long distance family crises all of which sucked up every spare moment. The pack of handles went into limbo on the desk until health & life&death priorities were handled. Finally got past all that, pulled out the pack of handles & see they are sticky glue backed handles to be put on any plain flat back case. Our 2 SCOOCH cases have a recessed hole in the back where the plastic flanged handle pops in and out of the case so a stick-on does NOT work, they do not fit & would be stuck on the phone, not the case. These handles ARE NOT the custom fitted plastic flanged handles that SCOOCH designed to be a removable but integral part of our 2 high end SCOOCH cases.Stonewalled by the seller & the 2 replies I got in this worsening fiasco were to refuse to remedy anything & encourage me to buy a different product even though I clearly explained I spent hours reading all details of those cases AND on the replacement handles. I believe this seller has quit making the model of cases we have (making a different model now) and does not have any replacement case with an undamaged handle nor any of the plastic flanged replacement handles left in stock to either make us whole on Case#2’s crumbling oven baked-damaged handle OR with the replacement handles that were supposed to have plastic flanges to snap into the most expensive case this seller sells (or sold if our cases are now indeed out of production). The fact appears that they just do not want or intend to make any of this right. They are OK with the fact they delivered a case sold at at full top end price with what is either a severely damaged handle that sat for months or years in their 100+ degree warehouse or that damaged handle was a part another unhappy customer returned which this seller then apparently decided was good enough to install on a new case & let someone else suffer with it. Likely they’re doing this stonewalling so they can try to get me to send them money via more purchases. Obviously hoping I might like something else to get me up to the 2nd 3rd hundred dollar range after I spent, already spent over $150 not including time for these reviews, calls, emails to Amazon & them. Seller just doesn’t want to support any of their products, not cases or replacement parts sold AND doesn’t care to be a decent honest seller.I would NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUYER. They would have to fix these egregious “sales” they hooked me with and then really beg for me to even consider revising this review or my review on the case product page.Reference, original product page review for 13 Pro cases purchased - you need to search “SCOOCH case iPhone 13Pro” as it’s no longer listed as a product on their store page:My review there is titled “Falling apart in 1 month, no seller response” & my 2 photos clearly showing the fried, crumbling condition of the “smooth rubber on the inner part of the *NEW* case’s handle” are the 1st two photos on a wood background in the review section.
