ComfortCare Incontinence Protection Chair Pad 1 Litre -Green

I bought 2 of these in the same colour (bottle green) for my Dad, who is 81 and has Alzheimer's. Although it's an incontinence mat, you would never know, it just looks like a nice, quilted mat, but has this super-absorbancy.It may get used in the future to go in my Dad's new wheelchair, as he does have accidents, but what I really bought it for, was a dignified solution to the tendency he has to spill hot tea in his lap. I was really scared he was going to get scalded, as I have done this twice myself due to narcolepsy, with nasty results, and I was looking for something that wasn't an 'adult bib' or a 'senior drinking cup', which would just make him feel demeaned; he's very proud.This mat was the perfect solution; it is soft, flexible, comfortable to have on your lap, covers a wide area and can absorb up to 1 Litre of liquid, hot or cold. So I bought 2, one to use and one to wash. He was delighted with them, and uses them regularly; I am no longer worried he will get scalded and he doesn't feel he is being treated in a demeaning way. PERFECT SOLUTION. Not expensive, arrived quickly, would definitely buy more and would highly recommend for ANY similar use, in addition to that it was intended for. EXCELLENT. Comes in a range of traditional, rich and pleasing colours.

This is a fantastic item, and essential to anyone who has the odd ooop's moment...I've recently been put on water tablets and with the hot weather drinking water is something everyone is doing plenty of.. it's got to be said that some of us will be releasing plenty of it too. Don't be embarrassed, it's a bodily functions that we all need to do, I'd found it most useful since I'm not always quick enough to get to the loo. Also I have a terrible habit of laughing at just about anything 😂😂 I got tired of buying puppy pads to put underneath my bottom. These little cover things come in several nice colours so I picked the green ones that go beautifully with the colour scheme.. when they get wet just pop them in the machine and they come out fresh and clean, looking like brand new. 👍🏼😁I recommend them to anyone who has the odd ooop's moment, it pays to have a couple though, so you'll always have a nice dry chair, that doesn't smell of wee...👩🏻‍🎤🌹😍

These seem to be very good quality. Ordered 2 x green and 2 x red. Have given them an initial wash before using - they've washed and tumble dried perfectly so I'm sure they'll be absolutely fit for the purposed when used.

I bought one of these for a car back seat so my new puppy could lie on it and not get the seat wet and muddy - or worse! As he has grown, he likes to stretch out across the whole back seat, so I'm getting another one. Much cheaper than buying equivalent doggy products and really effective at keeping the car clean. They also look quite nice - good colours and soft velour-like feel - and are easy to wash.
