I've been following Turkuaz Kitchen on Instagram for a while, and it's clear that the chef has an incredible talent. The dishes she creates not only look amazing but also offer a therapeutic experience in the kitchen.What I love most is that the book features not just Turkish cuisine, but also dishes from around the world, each prepared to perfection. As a mother, I often teach my son and daughter how to cook on weekends, helping them learn an invaluable life skill. They have absolutely fallen in love with this book already!Being Turkish myself, I can say that this cookbook truly exceeds all expectations. It's a wonderful blend of authentic flavors, creativity, and beautiful presentation.Highly recommend this 5-star book to anyone looking to enhance their cooking skills and discover the magic of global cuisine!

Only recently discovered Betül Tunç's instagram page and, like everybody else it seems, I've fallen in love with her authenticity, delicious food and incredible recipes. The book delivers everything I hoped it would for my husband and I who both love to cook He loves to bake bread and create sweet treats and I love savoury dishes, so there's plenty to keep both of us very happy. Thank you Betül, you've created a stunning selection of recipes and a work of art to pass down to future generations.

Fantastic recipes. Beautiful photography and well explained.I’ve modified some recipes as I think that unless you work with UK ingredients when writing a cookbook, those 5-10% margins make the difference. Still, it’s given me confidence to make more dough based foods. Great book.

I bought this book having seen her instagram video clip and being curious about the dough recipes but have fallen in love with every single recipe not least that each and everything I have made not only looks like the photos in the book (a rare treat!) but they taste amazing too. If you love food and cooking then this is a must for your library.

This is a beautiful book with some photographed recipes some of which I intend to try out.The hard copy book quality is a little disappointing. The cover was slightly bent and the print inside was not aligned straight to the page, giving it a self published appearance. It doesn't matter too much because the book pages are bound to get dirty with use. All the same the book was a bit pricey for the hard copy quality, despite its glossy pages.

Love this cook book, still haven’t mastered the donuts but I will get there.Please keep in mind that this book has a used look, as in the corner may look roughed up. I noticed this on my first purchase and then purchased another 2 afterwards as gifts and notice the same thing.Do not hesitate and add to your basket!
