Im also a sports physio and personal trainer and a former user of blazepods. my biggest thing was the vibration sensor on the blazepods, meaning you had to physically slap them to turn them off or on. You wouldn’t think that’d be a huge make or break, but having to touch something to make it function made a lot of exercises less practical.Enter these bad boys - the proximity sensors are great. Far distance can be sense about a foot away, making it so versatile in training. I’ve only had one for a week but I’ve used them in each of my workouts since.App is super easy and super easy to customize as well. These are going to be game changers for athletes and coaches everywhere, especially at this price point. Dont sleep on these!

The media could not be loaded. I bought these for my Lacrosse Goalie daughter to work on speeding up her reaction time and these have been amazing. She’s able to track how fast she got to the light and work on going faster. It also helps her build muscle memory for the move. She’s really enjoying it. They’re super easy to setup and connect to the app.They have 4 modes, close distance which means you have to get close to them for them to trigger and turn off, long distance which trigger much further away, small vibration which turns off the proximity sensor and works when you tap/hit the light, and strong vibration which does the same thing but requires a strong “hit” to turn off the light.Charge is great and lasts long. You can also change the color of the lights or set multiple colors so they cycle through the colors. The app has a bunch of “games” already in it and you can make your own as well or control them each to turn on at the press of a button. Great product I really recommend for any athlete. Their other stuff looks great too and I’d love to try some of their hand-eye coordination things.

Very easy to set up and use and so many options to train hand eye coordination, reaction time. Can stick on the wall and use for boxing drills, floor for foot drills. I’ve used it with couples as well so they can compete against each other. So fun anyone can benefit from youth athletes to senior citizens. I highly recommend it!
