Well, these are shiny. The description did say that, but I was surprised at just how shiny they were! Maybe a little too shiny for me.The description says they are for 160-180cm, which translates to roughly 63 to 71 inches, and 45-90 kg, which translates to about 99 -198 lbs. That's a pretty wide range for sizing. I would say the size range is, in reality, more on the smaller end of that. I am a 5'3", 145lb woman, and these work for me, but they're quite snug; it was not easy to get them on. They do stay up once on, due to the silicone backing on the lace tops. They hit me just about right in the thigh; if you're taller, they may only go to just over your knee. If you weigh more, especially in the thigh area, these may be a very tight fit. I'm always wary of "one size" kinds of things for this reason. I feel that the price of approx $10 is quite steep for these.

I love the lace top, and while very durable it's still lace - I poked a hole through the top as I was wrestling around with them.But don't let my experience scare you away. If you fit within the recommended sizing, these stockings will be great for you. If you're near, at, or beyond the upper end, skip these and find a pair that are dedicated to plus size.
