Here's my approval to say this is accurate stuff for your Biker Scout Helmet Needs

Doesn’t get tight.
My biggest problem with fiber metal hood and fittings is the threads are plastic the nut is plastic they don’t get tight enough before they strip out. quick release function works well. Has to buy aftermarket knurled aluminum studs for my hood to get things snug.
