broken and can't find parts to fix it
we haven't used this chair much. it's got a plastic part inside that obviously had to take a lot of stress and not surprisingly it broke, and there is no place i can find any parts for this chair. what a shame to the people who made these chairs and the people who bought them. if anyone knows where i can get parts, please contact me.

TERRIBLE
This manufacturer as far as I can tell isn't in business. I bought a Satori (Sensa now?) chair several years ago - in fact I bought two and both have failed - can't get hold of anyone and can't get parts. Similar people have said the same thin on the web,,,

Chair can ot be repaired
Same story as the other review. Small plastic part broke can not get a replacement part the chair is useless.Tried to reach Satori or anybody on the web that might sell part for this chair but no luck
