I was a little hesitant to glue something to my wall, and had concern about the adhesion. Especially because my bathroom has wallpaper and it says not to stick it to wallpaper. Well, I'm not particularly attached to the wallpaper (it came with the house) and wouldn't be devastated if it got messed up and I get the opportunity to remove it and paint the walls - so I went for it! I used about half the tube of glue, and like others said, it was a little tricky to use the nub in the cover to break the seal on the glue. if you have a pin or some sort of 'pokey thing', that might work better. But I made it work.I was surprised that the glue held great on the wallpaper, and it feels very secure. It holds my older style hair dryer, and the plug fits in the little cord notch. It has a retractable cord though, so I think for a cleaner look I will just retract the cord and let the end dangle.I love that this gives a cleaner, less cluttered look to my small bathroom (not a lot of storage space). I think it looks great with the smaller dryer pictured in the product image, perhaps when my hair dryer goes I'll look for something smaller. In the mean time, I would highly recommend this hair dryer storage shelf to anyone trying to neaten up their bathroom and reduce clutter.

I have a Mifen hair dryer so I got this to match. It’s a good holder and does the job but my bad, I didn’t realize I couldn’t use this for a painted wall. :( I have an egg shell painted bathroom and the holder hung in there for a while but then when people started to hang the dryer with a bit more of force than just hang it, it started to peel off the wall. I’ll have to wait until my shower wall glass goes in then I can put it over that wall.

Was a little apprehensive about the glue. You use the tape to kind of hold it in position until it dries, then you remove the tape.Included is an edge guard, that is clear, that I didn't find I needed to use at all and liked it better without it.Once the glue dries, it holds in place rather tightly. Holds the hairdryer just find, and I'm not worried about just using it, without taking extra care not to disturb it.Looks nice, and does the job that it is supposed to.

My gf's dryer is on it's last legs, according to her. I'd already picked her up a "Hot Tools" "Pro Artist" dryer to keep as a backup months ago. This dryer is pretty large and won't fit in the caddy I got her for her hair tools when she moved in, so we needed another solution.I checked some measurements before ordering, and this holder appears it will hold the dryer perfectly, but as the seller openly points out, "the adhesive option is not suitable for rough surfaces, painted walls or wallpaper." There is no other option without drilling holes in this item to attach to a painted wall, or gluing it to something that is fastened with screws. I know if I tried using the supplied glue to stick this to my painted bathroom walls, there's a good chance the holder would come off at some point, taking the paint with it - that's why you don't glue stuff to paint!So kudos to the seller for saying, "Hey, don't do that," instead of just leaving it up to the buyer's judgement to decide how to mount this. I haven't decided yet how I want to mount this, but I don't really want to drill holes into it to use screws, so I will probably attach a plate of steel/aluminum to the wall with countersunk screws and glue this bracket to that. Dryers aren't that heavy, but despite what we would like to think, paint isn't stuck that well to a wall, either.The holder looks great, and will fit our application well, but the biggest hurdle to jump is paying $16.99 for a bent piece of metal with some slots in it. Ridiculous? Maybe for some, but not out of line in my personal opinion. It's pretty well designed to hold a WIDE variety of hair dryers, with or without the power plug. Mounting anything on painted drywall always involves a certain amount of ingenuity to be successful, and it's not practical for thousands/millions of products to include a guide on common sense for hanging products on drywall. Unless you're gluing this to tile or plastic or glass, I'd definitely recommend asking someone who knows if you're unsure!Cool item though, it will work great for our needs when I finally get it mounted.

This hair dryer holder has been an absolute lifesaver for me. Before, I used to have my hair dryer lying around on my bathroom counter, which would create a lot of clutter and make it difficult for me to get ready in the morning. However, since I got this holder, it has made a huge difference in how organized and tidy my bathroom looks. It's so much easier to find everything I need when I'm getting ready for the day, and the holder keeps my hair dryer in a convenient location, so it's always within reach. Plus, it's incredibly easy to install and doesn't take up much space at all.

This is being used in a salon; it has held very sturdily using only the adhesive. While it isn't holding the dryer in the photos it has spent plenty of time holding a Laifen dryer with no issue.

I love the quality look of this hair dryer holder and the sturdy design and adhesion. It was easy to stick to the wall and does not sag with the weight of my hair dryer. Visually it was a little smaller than I expected but still fits my dryer fine and would probably fit a larger dryer as well. I gave it 48 hours before putting any weight on it and I'm pretty confident it's not going anywhere. I had another that fell off the wall so it was definitely a concern. The protective clear rubber piece that fits around the opening for the dryer is nice. My only complaint is that I have to force my dryer cord a bit to get it in the holder slot made for this (see pic). Possibly my cord is thicker than average though so I wouldn't use this as a reason not to buy this product. There is not much to this little holder but I would say the sturdy quality makes it a good buy!
