Excellent Product!

This supplement has decreased my hunger. I have better energy. I lost a lot of weight on a medication. Now that that I am off the medication I am trying to maintain my current weight. After 3 weeks on Berberine I seem to gain and lose the same 2 pounds. Hopefully this continues to help me do that.

I think this is my 2nd bottle of this particular brand. It seems to be helping. It is different than taking the regular berberine. I felt as though I noticed regular berberine more..if you het what I mean. Although, dihydroberberine is supposed to be more bioavailable and this brand had high reviews from what I researched. I know that taking regular berberine actually did bring down my high cholesterol levels, so I'm hoping this has continued helping. I'll know soon when I go for bloodwork next month!

I'm trying to get used to taking burgering I have a very involved aerobic program and food program and I'm positive that that is why I am able to lose weight and maintain muscle. What I like about berberine is maybe the placebo effect or maybe it does make a difference but regardless it's not expensive it's healthy and it does not have aftertaste so it goes down really easily much easier than my whole food multivitamin does and I don't notice any negative side effects of taking one to two a day

I haven’t used it long enough to give an effective review. But, no side effects so far.

I tried taking these for a few weeks to see how effective they were but unfortunately couldnt consistently take them due to the side effects. I found myself getting a stomach ache the first dose but the next day had no symptoms and thought i was okay and adjusted. I took it the 3rd day and had terrible nausea. This would repeat randomly. One day id be okay , another day extremely nauseous (like flu or food poisoning nauseous) . I tried to push through it to see if i just needed to adjust to them, but after a few weeks i have called it quits. The nausea outweighed and beneficial weight management effects it had. I can’t say for.l certain if if did or didn’t help due to having to skip doses , but i will say these symptoms are common especially around people who have gut imbalances already due to the supplement killing all bacteria good or bad in your gut. I tried taking a pre and probiotic as well but it did not relieve the symptoms so I am tapping out.

I tried this Berberine, but it gave me diarrhea. I know that is a possible side effect. However, the company offered a full refund if dissatisfied with the product. I tried to contact the company via phone and email. The contact information was incorrect, and they NEVER responded. I do not believe this company cares about their product so....be aware your money may be lost.

I was able to replace the cinnamon supplement I was using with this. My A1C level is lower so it helps.
