Works and easy to set up...Remember you need a Neutral wire!
So, ordered, arrived and got home this evening to run wiring needed and set up. The 'N' wire being the part that I knew would be a pain, done after a lot! of pain now to set up the switch. Router changed to 2.4ghz and then app installed, set up account, look for new device, found switch....OK that was easy. Then linked to Alexa account and done (10min). In short well worth it but you do need to have a little tech knowledge, but easy to set up and to link and works! Will update if any issues.

Only let-down is the instructions
Great Product so far. My only complaint is that the instructions are not specific to this switch. The instructions are for a 1 button switch and this dimmer switch has 3 Buttons. This can make pairing the device frustrating. I recommend buying a spacing switch plate To give you the increased depth rather than making the hole for switch deeper. This makes installing the switch much easier.

after 1 year the glass exploded off the wall into a zillion pieces on the floor
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE:Was impressed with this till 1 year later it exploded one day whilst I was sitting in the room into a zillion pieces on the floor, have tried contacting the company but no reply. This smart dimmer switch is great, matches all our other white glass sockets and switches, easy to set up with Alexa, you can then call that light anything you want in Alexa, we called it dining room, I have included in my video the operation of it when pressed with your hand and shown it working via Alexa voice command. Through Alexa you can also say Alexa turn dining room light to 20% or whatever percent of brightness you want. Each time you switch it on and off it always dims off or on it doesn’t just flick straight off/on, it will remember the brightness you had it on last and when you have had it off and put it back on the next day it will come back on at what ever percentage you had it on last. When the light is on the middle button is red, and the up and down buttons are lite blue, when all off all 3 are blue, wouldn’t want this glowing in my bedroom, we have it in the kitchen diner so not an issue with the blue lite glow all night and it’s actually quite handy when you come down in the morning and you can easily see where the button is as it is lite up blue, I think the dimmer switch is great, looks really clean and modern, easy to wipe down would highly recommend, electrician fitted it very easily too

Better than I expected
Pretty impressed with this. I needed to not only turn on the main lights, but also trigger some smart plugs to turn on a number of side lamps. Worked a dream using the SmartLife app.

Won’t connect to Wifi.
I can’t put the switch into set up mode to find wifi. Other readers say hold the down button. Tried that it doesn’t work. Since installation the up button has just been flashing. Also in the app there is no dimmer switch to choose. What do you choose in the app for this product? Please help.

So very very nice, and good quality!
very easy to set up and install, works with smart device app and through my alexa device, thank you very much, it also has a very nice cool feature whereby it ramps up and down the light over a second when turned on or off which is really neat!

overall a good switch
I have had it for four months and have tested it with many bulbs.I did have to rewire to get a neutral but in my case that was simple as the room had a 3 core and earth running from the switch position to the ceiling rose. (two independent ceiling lights in the room.)It was simply a case of combing both lights and using the second lights wire as the neutral, changed over in the rose.I have not had any wifi dropout issues however the router is in the same room.I found setting it up easy but I have done many of these types of wifi devices. The switch copes easily with led or incandescent bulbs, alexa controls the light happily though with a slight delay that is acceptable,I had to use two spacing plates in order to fit the switch in a standard slim back box.The only negatives for me are.The dimming function is done in tiny steps, these steps are visible and looks bad, I would prefer the switch just turned off rather than stutter down to off. This stuttering is more noticeable on led's than halogen / incandescent. However if you say to alexa "set the light to 50%" this happens without any fading (instantly) so is much less annoying..The switch has no raised section so it is not possible to turn the lights off manually when leaving the room without looking at where you are touching. It is easier to tell alexa to turn it off.overall I am happy and will be keeping the switch.

Worked for a month, needs neutral, stepped dimming
Worked more or less as expected for approx one month. Not exactly a smooth dim in out out running standard incandescent bulbs. Occasional flicker from the lights. Hooked up to home assistant via smart life app. Worked as expected. Also worked with lumary app.Installation fairly easy but you do need a deeper than standard 25mm back box and you need a neutral to the switch (not a problem as had a recent re-wire of house).Hooking up to wireless was easy.Product stopped working after approx 1 month with a strong electrical burning smell to the dimmer. The bulbs tested fine. Put old rocker switch back on the wall and we have lights again. Returning for refund. We were running approx 80 watts through the unit.

Wirklich hervorragende Schalter
