The only flaws I found with this is, for longer hair is less hold, but it did get rid of my frizzy bits, and smells how can I explain, like the sky and the ocean, fresh and nice. It gave my hair a healthy tinge of shine, whilst offering exactly as stated flexible hold. I think for shorter hair it will hold better, my hair is longer than medium length right now, and it still moves around, but got rid of my flyaway bits, and corrected the frizz in my hair.It's like a web like substance at first, but then turns to wax, and loses the webbing structure, I've found that a little bit goes a long way with this, but doesn't offer strong hold for those with longer hair. After using it my hair looks like a healthy shine, with firm hold, and anti-frizz, with nice fresh smell. Not bad I like it, I think I'd save it for when I get a hair cut personally, because then it will last longer on short hair.There's nothing wrong with it, did what it says on the tin, and then some, it exceeded my expectations, I'm starting to like this By Mia products. Something to note as always with me, a little bit goes a long way, and the more you use with anything the greasy it can get, and the harder it is to style.EG/ for Wax:--------------- --Visual- Some waxes are very hard like a candle, others are softer, clear/murky, with various colors. --Texture- Stiff, slippery (think bees wax or lip balm). --Finish - soft, flexible, matte (generally not shiny), but in this case it is a bit, doesn't create debris if interrupted (touched), tends not to breakdown (can take abuse). --Characteristics of use - Soft hold that is still flexible, generally not used for standing vertically, clumps hair, varies with wet/dry application, and how much you use. --Application technique - Take required amount from tub and place in palm of hand (I personally use bit by bit), rub until smoothed out (closer to a thin film), pat through damp or dry hair (depending on desired result) using finger tips to pull through areas for desired clumping and directional clumps.---------------Final result:When I first used it, reminded me of Spiderman because it felt like a web, and was pleased with the results at the end of the day. Top hair wax with subtle shine, and firm hold. I can still smell that fresh scent.

First time using hair gel. This smells nice and works fairly well. Doesn't make hair greasy.

Product great but driver left parcels outside

I’ve been using this product since my barbers stocked it for a short period. I still really like it for its strong but flexible hold, pleasant scent, easy to wash out, doesn’t give my hair too much unwanted shine and doesn’t make my hair greasy if I’m working up a sweat or leave it in for longer than a day.It’s a genuine shame my item arrived damaged (crushed) and the manufacturer who is located 15mins away from me doesn’t answer emails as I wanted to exchange the item instead of trying to send it back to Amazon which would cost me more in time and fuel that the actual cost of the product itself

I usually use hair gel, but I thought I'd try this, this wax works just as well, I like that its' a neutral colour, unlike some gels, which is annoying if you have any white hair. I find this wax works well, and it's not as liquid as gel, so you are less likely to splash it around accidently, overall I'll definitely use in the future in preference to gel

The pink coloured gel feels sticky and didn’t give me the outcome I wanted. Can’t recommend this product.

As described although slightly greasier then we had hoped for. Did hold my sons hair in all day though

Some gel wax's can be heavy and clumpy, but not this one. It's easy to apply and doesn't leave a heavy feeling. Impressed with it
