Yes !!!!
Couldn't use a cup, or tampons. But I can use this disk. Mess free, easy to use, did not leak at all. Will recommend to my menstruating friends.

I'm soo happy I'm using a disc now.
I went from, pads, to tampons, to a cup for some years but it got old and I needed a change. It did what it was supposed to do and I loved it more than any other product I'd previously relied on but, I would still have difficulty inserting the cup at times, and if it's a heavy flow day it'd fill up a little faster than I'd expect. Not knocking cups completely though because they definitely are a game changer and maybe mine was just a bit too firm for me.However, I'm sooo happy I finally decided to try a disc!!!🥹🥹🥹 At first, it was intimidating which is why I'd opted for a cup before but I've been feeling ready for something new for a little while now so I did some research and then I made the switch. The disc inserts soooo much more easily for me, it holds A LOT more, and it fits/lodges in place really nicely; I don't feel a thing. This particular brand/disc does have a bit of a firmer rim though, so you may wanna bear that in mind when shopping around. It also does have auto-dumping capabilities but personally, it sometimes only ever happens when I'm over the toilet and actively engaging my pelvic muscles. I did aerobics exercises with the disc inserted and had no issues.TLDR-Get the disc chile!

Tres bien

I waited to write this review until I have used it a couple of times. It was weird at first, but seriously it is awesome. It has given me all day protection. I am a fan and do recommend this.

This is my first reusable menstrual disc and I'm a fan
This is my first reusable menstrual disc and I'm a fan. For context, I'm 30, have never been pregnant, and have a high cervix with a heavy flow. I'm also an experienced cup user.I've tried Flex disposable discs in the past. While I liked the idea, my body didn't like how hard the plastic rim is. I still wanted to give a reusable disc a try, but I didn't want to pay $20-30+ for one that I didn't know if I would even like so I chose this one. I'm glad I did. I think it's a great disc for beginners.I do wish the rim was a little firmer so that it was easier to insert. It tends to squish up while I'm inserting. Removal is so easy with the tab, even with a high cervix. I can tuck the tab underneath the disc so that it doesn't cause irritation while wearing and then easily untuck it and pull the disc out. Removing the disc isn't as messy as I thought it would be. The tab gives good control. If you're worried about turning your bathroom into a crime scene, taking it out in the shower can help. I like to auto dump as much blood as I can before removing the disc to further minimize mess. Speaking of auto dumping, it's the greatest thing. I have never been able to get the full 12 hours out of a cup because of how heavy my flow is. Now, instead of having to empty a cup several times a day, I can auto dump enough blood to prevent leaks without having to touch my disc. I don't have to reach in to push the disc back in place, but you may need to. I now only have to take my disc out twice a day to clean it. It's magical.
