These shoes last forever. I had my last pair for over ten years. I found them overly comfortable, but they were beige. After many trips to the garden, they looked awful. This new pair in black, fits perfectly, where the old pair were overly comfortable with more room than necessary above my toes. Like another reviewer, I believe that the old pair were a men's size 7. I ordered women's 7W. The two are entirely different as they are designed to fit either women or men. Look closely at the tags and compare them with other shoes that are in your correct size before wearing.

These always seem to be my go to for my feet. Supportive but not too binding across the top of my feet!

This must be my 10th or 12th purchase of Spenco Yumi Flip Flops. They're the only sandal that provides adequate support for my flat arches as well as having a metatarsal dome to help keep my toes aligned. My seriously arthritic feet (problems my entire life, starting when I was a toddler - 5 surgeries and ongoing problems) are VERY HAPPY in these sandals. I currently have pairs of yumis that I'm wearing.A note on sizing. Spenco's run large. I generally wear 9.5 Wide, but in Spenco Yumis I wear 8 Wide and they're perfect. My toes are where they should be in regard to the metatarsal dome. The arch support is right at my arch and my heel is exactly in the heel cup. I wear them almost every day. I just wish I could throw them in the wash for a gentle cycle cleaning. I cannot so I give them a quick hand wash in the sink and they clean up enough for another week or two or 50 of use. LOVE LOVE LOVE SPENCOS.

I LOVE these shoes. I have prescription orthotics that my podiatrist custom fit to my feet, and these are much more comfortable than even those are. I wear them everywhere and have a pair to wear all around the house, too. My feet always hurt to walk on in the morning, and after long shifts of standing at work, by back and legs are killing me. I always come home and put these shoes on right away, for instant relief. It's honestly like stepping into a cloud. Since I wear them so much, I buy a new pair each year because the support on the old ones start to wear down. They don't wear down a crazy amount where they don't provide relief anymore, but since they help so much with my pain they are definitely worth it to purchase new, supportive ones each year.

This is my fourth? fifth? Pair of Spenco Yumi sandals. They are normally super comfortable, have arch support, durable. My last pair lasted about 3 years with daily use. I had to send this pair back for 2 reasons...I normally wear a 7 Wide, but these were too big. They said WOMEN'S size 7 on the package and on the website when I bought them, but when I did the return, the website said this was MEN'S size 7...so a little confused. Secondly, the soles were plastic (and slippery) not rubber like every other pair I've ever bought. Something is not right. Hmmm

These are my favorite flip flops, they have an arch support and a metatarsal pad.Love them.

Recommended by my podiatrist for indoor/outdoor casual wear. Provided solid stability for me when i walk,especially when goin down the stairs (used to feel unbalanced). When worn indoors (used to go barefoot), metatarsal pain went away after some time.
