NEAT pine nut powder - VERY versatile
I love pine nuts. They are just fun to add to food and baked items. You could technically add this to anything at all but I like to sprinkle over a salad for an additional flavor profile. Also, good to add to things you will be baking like a meatball type of thing or a loaf – even sprinkling over a casserole. I have also used them as part of a “raw” crust in creating some vegan raw desserts. Again, adds a very nice flavor. Also good for pesto – as you already have the power – not much to do but add everything together. The bag reseals which is quite necessary. Can even add t your morning smoothies for an extra bump of protein too. VERY versatile and handy to have in the kitchen.I hope that you have found my review helpful. : ) Enjoy your day! : )

Not Blanched, Too Hard/Stale
This is not a powder, it's granulated, and very coarsely, with inconsistent sizes of the granules. The outer portion of the pine nuts is also heavily colored, and the bits are awfully hard. I am used to pine nuts being pretty soft... and these also don't taste nearly as good or fresh as the whole pine nuts I have in the freezer.Pine Nuts are an expensive nut overall, and this isn't really over-priced, but it's also not very good quality. It's not a powder, and it's so badly ground that I see no reason to get this over Kirkland whole pine nuts.I ordered this November 2022, and the bag is marked best before November 2023. Made in Ukraine.

Pine Nut Powder - A Great Addition To The Gourmand's Pantry
This product should be in every good cook's pantry. I recommend transferring to a mason jar to preserve freshness. The culinary uses are endless: add to smoothies for flavor and nutritional fiber; mix in with cookie and cake recipes (works especially well with coconut cookie recipes); mix with fresh basil and oil to make your own fabulous pesto, etc, etc, etc. Great flavor profile, easy to mix and incorporate in whatever creative recipe you choose.

Good Ground Pine Nuts
This is good pine nut “flour” – finely ground pine nuts. I like to mix some into my meatballs along with bread crumbs or panko. It adds great flavor. I have a friend who uses ground pine nuts to make a coating on fried fish & chicken. She adds it to the panko/flour breading mix & it is delicious. Many people add it to their smoothies.

Flavorful, nutritious, and easy to use.
A 250 gram / 9 ounce pouch of finely ground or pulverized pine nut flour.Smells great on opening the pouch and has a rich, nutty flavor. This is a raw, vegan, and gluten free food with no added ingredients.Great to use as a thickening agent in soups or stews or as a protein booster in smoothies or other blended foods.Fairly high in fat and calories, but the suggested serving of 100 grams or 3.5 ounces is probably more than most will consume in one sitting.Conveniently packed in a resealable mylar or laminated pouch for freshness and space savings in your pantry.Has an 18-month expiration date; however, as an oil-rich flour, best consumed quickly once opened to prevent oxidation and racid flavors.Product of Ukraine.

Add it to my morning oats
I add this to my morning oats. Can't say I notice it at all, which is not necessarily a negative thing.

A more accurate description would be ground pine nuts
Pine nuts are delicious.I first had them in New Mexico. This product is not really a powder or flour, it is more finely ground pine nuts, the granule size varying from fine to medium.I simply snacked on a spoonful as one would peanut butter. The price is a bit high for snacking purposes though.

Country of Origin: UKRAINE, fresh taste, smells good. Wheat germ goes w/ everything
Wheat germ for my yogurt, smoothies, muffins, and anywhere else I can tuck it in. Healthy and good, so fresh. Typical pouch style. Very pleased with this item. I wouldn't hesitate to choose from their other offerings.Nutritional information is based on 100 grams (250 gram bag), so you will want to do some math based on how much you typically use.
