Perfect, fits my light fixtures, same amount of light as a 40 watt incandescent.UPDATE: Nov. 2018 The bulbs have lasted two years, in use at least 7 hours per night. The incandescent bulbs had to be replaced at least twice a year. Prior to finding these I was considering changing out two fixtures that use 5 bulbs each driving me crazy replacing them. They look great, about the same light level, lasting much longer. Still using the same bulbs years later; after each incandescent burnt out and was replaced. Now sold in six packs (instead of the 10 pack originally purchased ) I am ordering more as these things must die at some point ??? SAVED $$$, MY SANITY, and light fixtures I didn't want to replace.

These bulbs are bright and attractive; they cast a "warm" rather than "white" light that's appropriate in the room. I replaced the incandescent bulbs in my chandelier with them. The part that screws into the fixture is a bit longer than with the incandescents, so the bulbs sit a bit higher in the fixture, but not so much as to be a problem.

Bought several boxes of these. Surprised they're not brighter considering the equivalent wattage, but at least they're brighter than the 25W incandescent bulbs I replaced. The base is somewhat extended (strange), but they fit. The biggest issue is the %age of failures in the boxes - out of the 6 boxes I opened, I had 3 bulbs that didn't work. That's 3/36 or about an 8% failure rate. Buy extras! Can't comment on longevity (yet).

Love the temperature of these lights and you get a ton per pack. Great quality given the price

I ordered these candelabra LED bulbs to replace some incandescent bulbs purchased years ago, and were successively burning out.They were for a bathroom light bar with original frosted white incandescent bulbs.I replaced them with these bulbs, which are clear and show the lighted filaments.I LOVE them. Although the ultimate in modern lighting, they recall old days that now seem much moreattractive than what I replaced.Being dimmable, you can adjust the lighting to many circumstances; ranging from 'operating room lighting' to 'romantic bedroom lighting.'I prefer the latter, but these bulbs provide options that excite the imagination!I thought of that while brushing my teeth this morning, while enjoying these great LED bulbs!Disclaimer: I do everything I can to encourage the switch to LED lighting. There is no better recommendation than the truth. These LED bulbs and other LED bulbs are so much more enjoyable than the incandescent bulbs, that all should switch over a soon as possible! Just saying--

These 40 watt equivalent (3.5 W actual) LED bulbs work great. They are replacing incandescent 25 watt bulbs. So each of the LED bulbs is much brighter and takes only a fraction of the power. The old bulbs got so hot they would burn out quickly. Hopefully, these new ones will last a lot longer and they do light up the area a lot better than the old ones.
